9 years later we had our sewer pipe cracked at our new house. These guys did an exceptional job AGAIN. All the plumbing work was pretty standard, digging up and replacing some pipe in our front yard. What was ABOVE AND BEYOND was an issue with the county's part of the line. It was not broken, but completely filled with roots. This was just a matter of time before this backed up and flooded our whole basement. H two O followed up with us as well as the city multiple times to make sure this was handled. We really appreciate how honest and dependable this action was.

Came out promptly on a Sunday. Gave a firm estimate. Started the work right away. No extra charges for unforseen snags. Communicated clearly and straightforwardly what was going on, what needed to be done, how it would be done, how long it would take, etc. Keep in touch throughout the 2 1/2 days the work took. Was very respectful of my property. Worked diligently. Cleaned up and cleared out without any issues. Absolutely first rate.

Wayne and his small crew rebuilt our pumped septic system after a major pipe failure underground. This happened on the Friday before Memorial Day and he and his crew gave up their whole Memorial Day three-day weekend to get us going again. This was a major job, and in leaving they did some bonus landscaping by tidying and strawing the garden that had to be dug up - leaving it much better looking that it was before they arrived! Great and complicated work done professionally and with a lot of dedication - and they charged us exactly their initial estimate. I hope nothing expensive like this happens again for a while, but if it does, H2O will be our first call.

We recently had a pipe burst outside our home during one of the coldest weeks in the winter. H-Two-O responded to our emergency within 40 minutes. They gave us a thorough assessment of the work needed to repair the problem with an incredibly fair price and minimal disruption to our property. We had another plumber give us an outrageous quote that would have required demolishing terraced brick work, and no water for an entire week. H-Two-O was empathic towards our situation with 2 young children and the need to keep our water on. They started the work immediately that day and found a solution to keep our water on in the moments they were not repairing the pipes. They were extremely professional and efficient. They handled all the necessary inspections with WSSC and did a great job with clean up. I couldn't recommend this company more. They deserve rave reviews. I would call them again for any additional plumbing needs.

Dealing with a collapsed pipe is no fun. But H-Two-O made it much easier to deal with and fixed it faster than I expected. It's hard to find a good plumber, but we made the right choice in hiring these guys. Friendly crew. Efficient. We'd call them back if needed and would recommend them to others.

To go a step above many plumbers, they do pretty good concrete patching when digging it up is a requirement. At least for a small cut such as a small section of basement flooring. Plumbers in the past have said they do a ""rough patch"" and they aren't kidding...it's horrible. But H-Two-O assured me they patch it so it's smooth and ready to accept flooring. I really appreciated that because it's one less thing to deal with in putting my basment back together!

Pricing was fair and they not only replaced the failed section of pipe, but made sure the entire run all the way to the main was clear and free-flowing.

H-Two-O Plumbing identified and replaced the sewer pipe 2'6"" underneath our kitchen floor. They first dug area 5' X 2' through the ceramic tile, concrete with mesh, gravel and dirt, and found serious corrosion at the bottom of the sewer pipe. At the foreman's suggestion I agreed to replace the entire horizontal sewer pipe from under faucet cabinet to the next room's toilet. We had a change of order before the 2nd dig. H-Two-O Plumbing's two workers and foreman completed the job in one and half consecutive days with a WSSC inspection (approved) in the second morning. They did a good job and kept the area clean from start to finish. I was pleased to see that the company seemed to have invested in proper equipment/tools for their workers to have the job done.

They provide top quality and prompt service. They continuously communicate and ensure the quality of service is rendered. I would recommend them to anyone especially since the quality of work is well executed.

I chose this firm based on positive ratings for septic services. They replaced a sump pump (1/3 HP Zoeller) for me and did a quick cleaning of the well area, a pretty fairly straight forward job. Their pricing was outrageous though ($600 - the part wasn't more than $150 and the labor time was barely over an hour). I probably should have used any plumber for an easy job like this one. I recommend you look elsewhere.
