Called them today and they came today. My sink is draining again after he did some troubleshooting that was beyond my skills. He explained everything he was doing and gave me inexpensive options. It felt like a friend came over and just wanted to help. Solid business. 5 stars all day long. I know I'll need more work done down the line and they absolutely earned my future business.

We have a new tenant moved into our house and found the refrigerator water line does not work for their newly ordered one. A plumber referred by a friend came and could not fix it after spending two hours on it and he charged us $80 trip fee. We were very frustrated, after reading reviews of H-Town plumber, we decided to give it a try. As the review score indicated, it is an excellent experience in terms of quality of the work and price. Plumber Den is very professional, he solved the problem perfectly!

Had a leaking bathtub and got an appointing within 16 h of requesting! Turns out the entire 40-year-old system behind the shower wall needed to be replaced because it was leaking behind the shower wall-- no BS, definitely needed it, the wood was damp, and it was clearly leaking. Alex was so professional and honest with what was going on. Paid $400 for the labor and $146 for a decent shower replacement, from the time he arrived to when it was fixed and out the door was 4 hrs. Very easy working with him, professional and payment through Zelle was easy and secure. Definitely recommend these guys: honest with what needs to be fixed and don't take you for a ride for what doesn't need fixing.

Another rare review from me... H-Town is absolutely the real thing, and they are absolutely worth every star!

I had to wait until 1pm, because no one was available first thing Monday morning. (A good sign, actually...) Den arrived at my house even earlier than I was told to expect, though, and I had stepped away. Instead of dropping my service call, he ran to get a bite and came back without so much as a complaint. (Thank you for your flexibility, Den!) But the best was yet to come.

The actual plumbing services were efficient, expert, and well-explained. As a homeowner, it is great to learn a bit more about what is going on inside the walls, and Den helped me understand what triggered my problem.

Everything about this service was beyond expectations. Five-star rating, easy...!

Another five star review to add on to their list! Alex clearly knows what he is doing and is patient enough to describe the problems to us, the clientele. I'm not too familiar with prices, but just guesstimating price of a water heater and labor would make them very reasonable. I didn't know what to expect since I've never had to deal with a plumber but one thing is for sure, their customer service is topnotch (easily top 3 in my list of homeowner contacts).

Thank you for all the other 5 star reviews. You guys were not kidding about Alex, he makes the dream work!

H-Town gave me a quote through Yelp and actually charged me less than the quote. Technician had some trouble and found a creative solution to fix it. I will definitely use HTown again.

Just wow. This was our second time using HTEP to fix our aging AC units. Just like the first time we called, HTEP was easy to communicate with, they were prompt and on time, their pricing was fair, and were perfectly professional. What put this trip over the top was the dogged troubleshooting by Dmitry when all of the obvious issues were addressed but the problem still existed. He didn't give up and eventually found a non-intuitive solution.

The greatest compliment I can offer is that they treated my time like it was their own, they treated my home like it was their own, and they treated my problem like it was their own.

As someone else wrote, HTEP is going in my permanent file. Their fantastic Yelp ranking is not a mistake -- these guys are the real deal.

Alex is a real genius. Never has anyone had to do more problem solving than what he did to fix my over 60 year old bath tub faucets from leaking. I was prepared to buy new ones but did not really want to but he was incredibly able to fix them. This was not an easy repair but he persevered and they are still working today!
