Alex was AMAZING! I was put into a situation where the city's sewer system became backed up and therefore backed into my home. I recently purchased a 100 year old home and therefore had trouble getting the situation resolved. Outside of resolving my issue, the fact that Alex understood the severity of my issue and the impact on my quality of life was one of the major needs during a time like this. Having only one restroom and having that bathroom out of commission, it causes issues. Alex was resolved to figuring out a solution by the most cost effective means. We anticipated having complications due to the age of the home, but Alex never gave up. He worked extremely long hours to resolve the situation and kept me educated and updated every step of the way. Any issues I encounter from now on ... I will call Alex. The piece of mind to know it is resolve, resolved properly and then shown the work via camera is what I needed.

I have had two different plumbers do work in my townhome and came across H-Town Emergency Plumbing and had them come address a persistent problem that one of the prior plumbers did not fully resolve and charge me a lot more to fix. H-Town Emergency Plumbing not only fixed the problem, but checked and addressed other adjacent work for at no additional cost. All in all, the service was at a very fair price - they even sat down with me at a table and explained the issue, the recommended maintenance, and gave me other plumbing pointers that I brought up.

Alex has helped us twice with our tricky AC drain line that clogs up our sink, tub, and caused some leaking in our AC unit. We were able to schedule a service time within 24 hours through Yelp and he was very easy to communicate with. Alex explained to me in detail what was causing the problem and suggested a few steps to manage the issue throughout the year. He's very honest, hardworking, and does a great job - would highly recommend!

WOW, best plumber ever! Alex is fast, efficient, effective, and a very knowledgeable plumber. He knows what he is doing, explains the problem and what needs to be done, and charges very reasonable price. After Alex helped me with repairing the faucet on my water main, he came back and helped me winterize/wrap up the pipe (and did perfect job with wrapping it pretty). He helped me flush my two AC units and clean out the drains. He took apart the drains, cleaned them, and put them back perfectly. He explained the process to me and advise me on how to keep up maintenance. He also double checked to make sure there were no leaks when he was done. Alex was thorough, fast, and very caring to my home.

I called them yesterday but didn't get replies. But it turns out that's because their phone system had some problem. This morning, Alex replied to me and provided me with very helpful information on what I need, I feel H-Town is indeed very devoted to serve every customer and I will definitely come to them next time I need a quality plumber!

Last year, my realtor agent contacted Alex to have a Sewer Camera Inspection, we were very impressed with his knowledge and devotion to work, plus, their price is so reasonable! That's why I always thinks of H-Town whenever we need plumbing work done!

I really hoped to have been able to work with H-Town Emergency Plumbing due to all the reviews, but unfortunately I never received a call or message back. I originally found them on Yelp and requested a quote. I messaged back and forth with them on Yelp and the quote I received was actually the lowest I found. I later found out that their phone system had been down and they deeply apologized. Unfortunately I had to get hot water fast so I already had someone else perform the job. It really is too bad because I wanted to work with them. Now that their phone system is back up and working, I would definitely give them another chance if I were to need a plumber. The owner and Alex seem very professional and both extended their apologies to me. I am giving four stars for their professionalism after the fact and initial quick communication.
