If you are considering H&S Plumbing... Don't. Very disappointed in our first and only experience. They did not disclose that they had a $160 ""Service Fee"" just for showing up. Very dishonest way of doing business and we will not use them again.

We reached out as we had a toilet that needed repairing. The tech came out and spent 5 minutes and had no idea how to work on a higher end toilet. Indicated he needed to order a part and they would call when in. We waited a month and called another plumber. 5 months later they send us a bill for $150 for what they are calling a service call. They have now sent us 5 bills and are threatening collections when they did zero work. I called and they say they left an estimate via voice mail with an estimate we never received. Their policy is not to send one in writing. Why did they not call and indicate it was going to take 5 months? No idea. They have no evidence they ever sent us an estimate or of anything else. Looking forward to small claims court as this will be a slam dunk. Avoid at all costs. They are working in the stone ages. Who can live without a toilet for 5 months.

We had a very disappointing experience with H&S, and won't be using them in the future. Apparently they raised their rates significantly in the past 60 days - we were shocked when our bill for two hours of labor came out to more than $500, after we had been quoted $300 six weeks ago.

Moral of the story: If you intend to hire H&S, remember to ask for labor rates each and every time.

After an exhaustive search for a reliable and fairly-priced plumber, I stumbled upon H & S. They arrived on time, listened to what the problem was, solved it and charged an exceedingly fair price for the work that was done. These are now my Go-To guys for plumbing. Thank you so much H & S.

This is my first choice plumbing company. My neighbors also had great experience with them.

I called the office and scheduled the work easily. The lady answering the phone was very kind and helpful. I received a call from the plumber that he was on his way. He replaced a faucet and its lines and valves quickly and professionally.

Overall it was a an excellent job done. I will keep using this company for future projects. I highly recommend them.

Owner and staff is super rude. I requested for a quote for my bathroom pipe issue. However, due to family emergency I had to go out of town. Service man came and returned from the door as I was not in the home. Now company is sending me $155 bill for half an hour of work....isn't this a case of fraud?

Making the appointment was easy. Arrived promptly. However, the customer service and follow up was poor. On 5/31/2018 I scheduled H&S plumbing to repair a shower faucet. At the time I made the appointment, I advised the dispatcher that it was a Kohler brand, single handle faucet and that the problem was that when it was initially installed in 2012 that it was not installed to the correct depth because the thickness of the shower tile wasn't taken into consideration. The plumber arrived and advised that yes, the handle was ""buggered."" He could not identify the model number and did not seem to have any Kohler ""deep extension"" kits on his truck to correct the problem. He took photos of the faucet and told me he would go back to the shop to identify the faucet and either order the parts to make the repair or give me the part numbers to order myself. I never heard from him again. I was charged $150 for this ""service."" Nearly two weeks later, I called the owner to complain and asked for a refund of my $150 as no service was provided at all, the plumber only confirmed what I had already told the dispatcher, and the problem was never corrected. She stated that the plumber was still researching the model number and looking for the parts. I asked why no one had ever communicated that information to me in the last two weeks. She had no response other than to tell me that if I asked a doctor for a refund because I didn't like their advice, I would not get one. I paid the plumber to FIX the problem, not confirm what I already knew. I understand that they can not stock all parts needed for repairs on the truck, but there was no follow up at all. I am paying the plumber for his expertise. Apparently, H&S could not identify the model number to order the repair part. However, my husband was subsequently able to email a photo of the faucet to Kohler customer service and they identified it in less than an hour. I don't understand why H&S couldn't have done this too. Have filed a complaint with the BBB.

We have been loyal customers of H & S Plumbing for years. Last week we had a problem and once again they were there to promptly fix it.
Gary, the Service Tech, is knowledgeable as well as a nice person.

I gotta say, these guys were about the best plumbing experience I have ever had. Had a leak around sump pump this morning, and expecting rain tomorrow, was desperate to get somebody in quickly. I called another local company, Liberty Plumbing, that I had used in the past. They were all booked up for today, so I asked them for a recommendation. Of all things, they said that they don't offer recommendations. Great customer service.

Anyways, a friend suggested H&S. Not only did they show up about an hour later, they were very reasonably priced, especially when compared with what I paid Liberty last time for similar time/work. The plumber they sent was fantastic.

So I wholeheartedly recommend H&S Plumbing. I could not have expected a better experience.
