We hired Dan from HR Curtis Plumbing to install a new toilet and work on a clog that's been plaguing us for awhile. The toilet install was a snap but the clog proved to be a bit of a booger! Dan and the boys had to work at it for several hours but they finally got it! We love our new toilet and everything is flowing nicely now! We can HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dan and everybody at HR Curtis Plumbing. they are VERY PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY!

Called yesterday and spoke with the owner, great person to talk to very respectful.. Made an appointment for this morning and the guy who came out was amazing. We found out we needed to have our septic tank drained and they recommend someone to have it done... An all out great company.

I was in the middle of a bathroom remodel and hit a plumbing snag. H.R. came right over and after a few minutes figured out a solution and quoted me a price. A few hours later Davis came over and put together the PVC and made it fit. The next day Dennis came with Davis and the two of them worked with me to set the shower pan into mortar and attach the drain. They were very careful and patient and it perfectly level and square. I will definitely used them again for some more work I have in mind.

I called and left a message early Monday morning about my hot water heater (around 8am). It is now 1:11 pm Monday afternoon and I have had a new hot water heater for about an hour. They were quick, nice, effective, and reasonably priced. I can't say enough good things about this company; before they left I took one of their cards because if any of my friends and family ask my opinion on plumbers, I will definitely be recommending H.R. I recently moved into a rental home and had issues with the water heater. HR quickly sent someone out to me and diagnosed the problem and only charged me a $45 fee instead of tacking on hourly charges. When the landlord sent me the money to have the water heater replaced, he had it installed 48 hours later. I recommend HR because he's quick to respond to voice mails, is very reasonably priced, and offers recommendations for contractors for any work he himself cannot do.
