I am Harry Neuman, the owner of H. Neuman Plumbing, Inc.. We are a close-knit, family-operated business, and we really enjoy what we do. I am a certified plumbing contractor in Florida, I have been a successful plumber in the Bay Area for two decades. Neuman Plumbing, Inc. did for my water heater replacement! 2 - as in TWO defective units were taken out of the box and had to be finally replaced with the A.O. Smith unit that works. I won't mention the brand of the defectives, but let's just say the initials are B & W. Sonny and his right hand man, Joe had to return several times before the final installment did the trick. Many thanks to Sonny Neuman for the best customer service under duress I have witnessed in a lifetime!
