I had a dripping shower faucet & wanted to inquire about what it would take to get hot water faster to the master bath. After several thousand $$ and a return visit to reinstall the shower faucet from being installed backward, I ended up with a claw foot bath tub that now drips & hot water that takes twice as long to get to the master as it did before. The company has many issues from incorrect billing, to no shows, to lack of knowledge concerning solutions they quote to shoddy craftsmanship. Good luck if you decide to use them.

I fail to imagine anyone not being pleased with this company. We called H & M when the drain to our kitchen and laundry room was clogged and water was flooding our kitchen sink, and the nicest, most professional young man came within a couple of hours. Talk about a go getter. He understood the problem immediately and cleaned out our drains promptly. He worked on them 30-40 minutes until the job was done. So impressed. My husband and I highly recommend this service. Reasonable, so courteous, and extremely competent.

had a major water leak in my garage, called H&M Plumbing, expressed the urgency of my issue. they had someone out the same day. they were very efficient, quick and had great customer service. the job was done in a timely manor and i was over all very pleased with the work done by mike and his team. i would highly recommend H&M Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Took 2 days off work for this company, day 1 was a no show, day 2 was suppose to be at house between 930-10, 10:30 was still a no show no call. Technician finally text me he was running late after I made a couple phone calls. I Do not recommend this company to anyone, wish I could give negative stars.

During this bad weather they told me they would show up on Thur or Fri last week 2/18 or 2/19/21. Well , they never showed up and did not call. I contacted another company and they completed the job. Poor customer service and communication.

I am utterly shocked with this company. I am a disabled veteran single parent of 4. I worked from home today so that I could be home to get my water heater replaced. When they arrived I was on a call so my daughter answered the door and told them I would be there in one minute. When I got off the call I went to the door and told them that I am working from home and will be making calls. I showed them when to go. I then went back to my living room to work. 15 minutes later one of them started screaming ma'am. I was on a work call while he was doing this. Once I got off the call I walked to the kitchen where I found him and he informed he was calling me to tell me he needed to turn my sink on. I expected there to be noise from moving the water heater. But I didn't not expected to be able to hear them word for word talking to each as if they were right next to me while half way across my house. They then yelled at me across my house to tell me that they were leaving to get a part. They returned 2 hours later after I was off of work. And of course they were silent as mouse when I wasn't working. You should never yell at your customer from across the house. Professionalism means walk over to your customer and y'all to them showing some common curtesy.

They came out to work on a backed up sewer in a fairly new home. The guy who came out wasn't very knowledgeable and couldn't fix the back up. They came out another time and realized the problem was bigger than they first thought. Now, they won't return phone calls and are very unprofessional and don't seem to know what they're doing. Very frustrating when you pay somebody and they won't return your phone calls to finish the job

I had an issue with my sink in my kitchen being all clogged up and it was less than convenient when I had a massive load of dishes that I couldn't even wash. I called a couple of different companies all telling me that they couldn't get to us today so as I'm calling around I'm trying to figure out what I have to use as a wash bin to do my dishes outside or in a bathroom sink... I finally called H & M Plumbing and they were right on top of it. By the time I called home to let someone know they had already called and were on their way. The kitchen was back to operating as normal in just about 2 hours at a very reasonable rate! The plumber even gave some tips to prevent the issue from occurring again. :)
