They didn't fix the problems we had and it cost over $1000

I would not use these guys for even a small repair.

We called h&m for a quote. They said they could be out that afternoon to review a repair at a rental home. I was working at another home a few doors down and asked that they call when they arrive. A few hours later I received a call from their tech and he was inside the home. I was to the home in a few moments. The plumber started talking to me like he had invented water and I was an idiot. He than quoted over double what another plumber has estimated. He made a simple job sound impossible. I asked him to leave and called out another plumber for half his estimate. We will not Recommend H&M for future projects.

We had a problem created by painters who washed plaster down our drain, it dried, and then stopped it up. The first plumber started the job and found the plaster, then ghosted us. H&M came out as promised, gave the worst case scenario estimate (which was lower than the lowest of the first plumber), got the utilities out to mark the lines, dug a 4ft trench, finished the job, and the total was less than the estimate. They did the whole thing in ONE day! Many thanks to you, Romauldo, and your helper for fixing our 2 weeks long plumbing nightmare!!

We are very pleased with the service received. Cost was very competitive for a Large sewer line repair. Finished on-time and budget and did another facet repair for us as a courtesy.

I used Henry for years but refuse to use again or recommend. Called for appt and was told Henry would be out. Asked for quote and told each day the "dispatcher " said he would get one.
One the day of my appointment they called outside the time window, said a tech was on his way (an hour later still a no show) and that they wouldn't discuss any charges over the phone.
Called back and rescheduled with neighborhood plumber. No issues at all, full of upfront info and they are sending a licensed plumber out tomorrow, not a technician.
Sad as my whole family used Henry for years but after speaking with two of them, understand none of them using him anymore either.
To top it off, 15 minutes after I cancelled appt, the tech showed up as if no one told him.
So sad.

In a day and time when it is hard to find a business (and its owner) to trust, H &M plumbing stands out. Henry, the owner, took the time to listen to what I needed, and then to explain the steps necessary to achieve the desired outcome.

He was on time, friendly, professional and reasonably priced. He showed me why he had to replace the valves under the sink, and then explained what I would need to do in the case of an emergency situation regarding the plumbing.

I will definitely use him again.
