Horrible experience. They don't have a clue about Navien tankless water heaters. After spending several thousand $$ in a long drawn out problematic process, I discovered that the plumbing wasn't even hooked up correctly. The problem was even worse after they finished the job and took final payment. Beware of over pricing, no shows, incorrect billing, lack of responsiveness & incomplete plumbing work

H&M Plumbing company was one of the best I have ever dealt with. We were having problems with our home warranty company (FIXD), who would not come out and fix our hot water heater for 3 WEEKS after it went out and us BEGGING them to come fix due to no hot water for that long, and H&M Plumbing took the time, to come and help us and also were the most professional and helpful and nicest company I have ever dealt with. They understood and were EXTREMELY sympathetic to the fact we had no hot water for over three weeks and that our home warranty (FIXD) didn't care in the least. Please use this company because you will not regret it. Henry was who I spoke with on the phone and again, could not have been sweeter and caring about the problem we had and WANTED to help fix it no matter what, other than pass the buck like other plumbers and our home warranty. They are an amazing company and will be recommending to EVERYONE and definitely using again!!!

Our experience with H&M Plumbing was nothing short of amazing. We contacted them after a pipe on the exterior wall of our home burst. Hailey made our appointment; she was very friendly on the phone and really good about keeping us updated. Henry and his team arrived on time, quickly identified the location of the break, and made the repair efficiently.  Henry and his crew were so respectful of our property, they wore booties in the house and cleaned up everything as they went. We could not be more pleased with this business and I would highly recommend them to anyone who requires their services.

Wish there were more then 5 stars to rate them with. These guys are so professional and nice. They find the problem tell you the price upfront with no hidden fees. They are very covid conscious and you can't tell they were here when the leave. They definitely don't rob you blind

We called h&m for a quote. They said they could be out that afternoon to review a repair at a rental home. I was working at another home a few doors down and asked that they call when they arrive. A few hours later I received a call from their tech and he was inside the home. I was to the home in a few moments. The plumber started talking to me like he had invented water and I was an idiot. He than quoted over double what another plumber has estimated. He made a simple job sound impossible. I asked him to leave and called out another plumber for half his estimate. We will not Recommend H&M for future projects.

We had a problem created by painters who washed plaster down our drain, it dried, and then stopped it up. The first plumber started the job and found the plaster, then ghosted us. H&M came out as promised, gave the worst case scenario estimate (which was lower than the lowest of the first plumber), got the utilities out to mark the lines, dug a 4ft trench, finished the job, and the total was less than the estimate. They did the whole thing in ONE day! Many thanks to you, Romauldo, and your helper for fixing our 2 weeks long plumbing nightmare!!
