We had a problem created by painters who washed plaster down our drain, it dried, and then stopped it up. The first plumber started the job and found the plaster, then ghosted us. H&M came out as promised, gave the worst case scenario estimate (which was lower than the lowest of the first plumber), got the utilities out to mark the lines, dug a 4ft trench, finished the job, and the total was less than the estimate. They did the whole thing in ONE day! Many thanks to you, Romauldo, and your helper for fixing our 2 weeks long plumbing nightmare!!

I used Henry for years but refuse to use again or recommend. Called for appt and was told Henry would be out. Asked for quote and told each day the "dispatcher " said he would get one.
One the day of my appointment they called outside the time window, said a tech was on his way (an hour later still a no show) and that they wouldn't discuss any charges over the phone.
Called back and rescheduled with neighborhood plumber. No issues at all, full of upfront info and they are sending a licensed plumber out tomorrow, not a technician.
Sad as my whole family used Henry for years but after speaking with two of them, understand none of them using him anymore either.
To top it off, 15 minutes after I cancelled appt, the tech showed up as if no one told him.

In a day and time when it is hard to find a business (and its owner) to trust, H &M plumbing stands out. Henry, the owner, took the time to listen to what I needed, and then to explain the steps necessary to achieve the desired outcome.

He was on time, friendly, professional and reasonably priced. He showed me why he had to replace the valves under the sink, and then explained what I would need to do in the case of an emergency situation regarding the plumbing.

I will definitely use him again.

We hired H&M Plumbing to replace an old water heater in the attic.
Due to the location, Henry first wanted to take a look before providing an estimate. Arriving for the estimate, he started off on the right foot--shoe covers on before entering the door! Henry pointed out the problems with our current installation (not to current code--not a surprise to me for our 20 yr old house), explaining what he'd have to do to correct it. Based on prior experience replacing water heaters before (former real estate agent), he was not up-selling--just making sure I understood the required work. He provided a VERY reasonable estimate so we scheduled for him to do the work.

Day of appointment, Henry and his assistant start off like before--shoe covers and floor coverings down before starting any work! Henry and his assistant worked on the project for about 3 hours--there were a couple unanticipated issues, reasonably resolved, all within the original estimate. All work was neat and completed properly (he didn't mind me watching!)

Henry is an absolute credit to the plumbing profession. I will call on H&M Plumbing in the future if I need plumbing services!
