The guy showed up on time...did the work n cleaned up behind himself leaving it like he was nvr there, he explained to me wht went wrong and how to fix it myself shd it happen again...he also spotted a problm I had Not called about had me buy my own part to save me $ and gave me a price to put it on up front so i cld compare his fee to others....I'm using him! Thank u sir for great service at a fair price n for saving me another service fee by chking for other problems while you were at my property. I will refer my fam n friends!

He told me what caused the hole in my faucet, and how to prevent it in the future. Once I ordered and received my new faucet he put it in the same day.
