My water heater went out and I called them for service. The answering service was polite but the info from the on-duty plumber was I'll call in a few minutes, 30 minutes later nothing, Called again, and the same answer. Called again at 2 am, I can't do anything for you. Sure could have used that info 3 hours ago.

They were referred to us by a good friend. Our experience was absolutely
insane with them. We were on the phone and promises were made, never
kept or followed through. We wasted a month with them and never got a
decent answer. Only very poor excuses. IF YOU HIRE THEM, WE WISH YOU GOOD LUCK. There are many other companies that have good ratings.

Just don't call Moe !! Terrible customer service before even starting we were
mislead by a fellow named Randy. We have never been so blatantly lied to.

Called on Moe Plumbing this week to fix the shoddy installation of my new dishwasher. A bit concerned at the quoted minimum for the first hour, and subsequent incremental. The technician, Steven, showed up promptly (masked), assessed the issues, got his tools, and got the system ship-shape in 45 minutes. Props.

Early on a Saturday morning, the plaster ceiling in the living room in our historic house fell with a crash. We called Moe plumbing whom we had used numerous times. Russell was sent out ( and overtime pay) and proceeded to diagnose the problem as a leaky ring around the toilet base in the upstairs bathroom. $800+later,he left and I noticed the ceiling was still dripping water. I called Moe and informed them and was told it was j"" residual water.""
HA! Three days later, the was was much more tha a drip and had worsened the ceiling to a dangerous state. In spite of my pleas and explanation, I ws told I couldn't have a plumber until three days later between 11-2. Fortunately, the mitigation people working on the project suggested I call another plumber, who came imediately and spotted the problem as a leaky pipe and fixed in less than half an hour. Because of the incompetence and refusal to address the problem, damage was increased to an significant extent. I will never use this plumber again. I wonder who rated them the "" best inLA, as is noted on their phone message.

An irrigation pipe broke over the weekend. The plumber sent didn't have a clue about what he was doing. Ultimately he made the problem worse and I was left without any water (house or irrigation). On Monday I called my usual reputable landscaping/irrigation company. The irrigation company spent more time (2 days) fixing the issues the Moe plumber created than they did fixing the broken irrigation pipe. Don't use this company.

Our previous contractor skipped town after completing 90% of work. We had some issue with a shower lacking water pressure. I was recommended to call MOE for help and Tom Dougherty came to the rescue. Not only did Tom showed up on time, he was most knowledgeable with Kohler products and fixed the low water pressure issue in no time. I would call MOE and ask for Tom in the future for our plumbing needs.

Hey HL Moe! What does it take to get you to answer the phone? Ninety years in business and this is how you run a business? I spent almost $10,000 with you for repairs at my house this past summer. It was bad enough I could not get a formal proposal from you, although I did proceed with the work. But now I can't get a proper invoice so I can submit it to the gas company for a rebate for a $7,000 water heater installation. (I had to call you to remind you I owed you money, which I promptly paid.) It says your hours are until 5 pm, but nobody is answering the phone at 3 pm. I was promised a proper invoice but nothing has been sent. I was told you don't itemize your billing. Give me a break. I need a lump sum bill, the water heater name, the model number and serial number on the bill, and you can't furnish it so I can get a rebate from the utility company? Rest assured, this will be my last job with you. I am a licensed general contractor and have many resources, and you certainly won't be on my list anymore. If you care to make this right, then send me a message.

This company is fine but be aware of all of the hidden charges. Honestly, I don't think it's fair that they begin charging you from the minute they begin driving to your location. I had a technician over for one hour yesterday ( $135 per hour is the charge) but I was charged $217. This is not counting any parts. I'm going to find a different plumbing company

This is a great plumbing co. Julio was terrific. A quote was prepared for both two days work the work was extensively explained and when job completed the old pipes were shown to prove that the work was done. I highly recommend Moe's Plumbing.
