Absolutely the worst experience ever. The work was terrible, they did not take a single precaution to protect any of the 4 apartments in the 4-plex that I live in, and ALL of the work they did was 100% unnecessary. They took advantage of our 92-year old landlord telling her she needed to upgrade all of the heaters when they were all operating fine per official SoCal Gas reports (SoCal had come out 2 weeks prior to inspect and light the pilots). As a result of their poor work and zero regard for our property and everything in it, there was damage in all 4 apartments which was followed by weeks of fighting to hold them accountable and make them pay for the property damage done to all 4 apartments. Once they paid/repaired the damage and finally finished the work - which took over 2 months - their work did not pass the requisite inspects FOUR TIMES! The inspection process took another entire month to get through without any apologies. This entire process seemed criminal to me but our landlord unfortunately did not want to go through the hassle of pressing charges. I didn't have to pay anything as a tenant, but I had personal belongings damaged and had to live for 3 months with these awful people doing terrible work and taking advantage of elderly landlords. It was THE WORST (I would rate them 0 if possible) and I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

Never use. The estimator gave an inflated bid ($2300 vs $1100). He lied about the city permit fee (quoted $368 when the city said $72). Glad I found someone else.

Useless.
We were charged $99 for the technician to stare at the AC. He couldn't even open the unit and left with out fixing anything but we got charged. We were told the charge was for the effort of 'going out of his was to come out' according to the office. I didn't know they were doing us a favor but I guess that's their work ethics.
Trying to get in touch with the technician, has been ignored for 4 days.
Only thing the office can do is to call him and text me to call me back with no luck.
No follow up, No Service, No work.

Quick, honest, knowledgeable, polite--we recommend. We've had a water heater replaced, bathroom sinks cleared, outdoor faucets and leaks controlled. We think you'll be happy.

what a pain! i used moe's at my former home. they overcharged me and then had to come back to fix their mistakes when my pipes started to leak two days after they installed them. but my biggest frustration happened because, after i moved out of that home, they were called in by the new resident to do some work. they then sent me the bill. i called and politely explained that i no longer lived at that address and gave them the name and contact info for the owner, who was responsible for paying the bill. they thanked me. but they refuse to stop sending me the same bill with past due notices, no matter how many times i explain that i'm not responsible to pay the bill. do not let them have your name or address! they will harass you and try to get money out of you that you don't owe! they are completely unethical or completely incompetent or both.

DO NOT USE MOE PLUMBING!! NOT PROFESSIONAL AND NOT RELIABLE!! OVER CHANGE THE SERVICE!!

I would give negative star if it was an option. So DISAPPOINTED with Moe Plumbing service. The previous owner of the house we purchased and our neighbor recommended so we decided to use them for water heater tank replacement. The plumber told me we should have hot water in 2 hours and then he left. They changed us $3,200. After 2, 3 and 10 hours we still did not have hot water. I called their emergency and someone else came. He said he did a temporary fix and then left. No hot water again. So we were so frustrated and called the manager. The manager sent out boiler specialist. He was fixing something and then left and came back twice claiming that he had to buy parts. He was gone for at least more than 2 hours. Finally when he was done he gave us another invoice for $1,000. It was ridiculous!!!! So my husband called the manager again and complained and they gave us a little bit of discount. Then we had to replace the hose under the kitchen sink. The plumber came out and said he needs to order the part which will take about 3 to 5 days. But he never followed up and I had to call him like 3 times to make sure the hose was ordered. Definitely not professional and not reliable. I will never use them again!!!!

Moe Plumbing is excellent. Their plumbers are skilled, reliable, and friendly. Moe has repaired or installed equipment in our bathrooms and kitchen. Their work has been flawless. We have never had a complaint. One of their plumbers in particular, Tom, deserves special congratulations.

after screwing me over in March with a simple shower fix that took a month, these clowns admitted they had overcharged me $204 and promised me a refund. It's mid-May and I'm still awaiting the check. Just clueless from the get go. DO NOT USE!!!

We had a sink/line overflow tonight and Eric was on the job within 45 minutes despite coming from El Segundo and we're in Glendale! Fast, professional and courteous service fairly priced for after hours. Thank you to Moe Plumbing who we have used for many years for jobs large and small. With a 100 year old house, you never know what's coming.
