Let me start off by saying this company does do good work as we are only a month into our repairs.

The problem is with the staffing at the front desk is a very rude lady that is very unhelpful. The owner Keith won't be any help either. Even after you pay your job in full they will not send you an itemized invoice showing what you paid for, they gave you one quote with one price and everything is included and they will not break anything down before or after the job. if you ask for anything else, they will be very rude about it and they will not respond to you or you will need to call from a different number to even get a response. Keep in mind we are only asking for an itemized invoice after paying for the job and they refuse, which makes absolutely no sense. This is a very small company with only a couple employees, so if you decide to use them for any of your plumbing needs, make sure that you do not give them any money upfront without getting everything written in hand or by email beforehand because they will give you one price for everything no matter what need to be fixed.

I hate writing bad reviews, but this one needs to be done. We purchased a hot water hester/install from H & K plumbing...they installed the heater AO Smith brand...within 2 years this water heater failed. They came out once again on a warranty call to replace it. We didn't have to pay for the heater, but we had to pay almost $700 for labor for reinstallation. It has been 5 years since the warranty heater was installed. However, approximately a year ago, this heater started spitting out yellowish brown water. I had them come out and flush heater. They claimed this should fix it. Well, it didn't! I called them to inform them, and they said they would get back to me... no response. I called several more times and nothing! This past weekend, the heater failed. I called another plumber out to give us advice on what to do next. He then informed us our heater was installed against code, was never properly connected, and had been leaking for a LONG TIME!! His speculation was probably leaking since install! How does a company do this and charge a lot of money to do so???? Then don't respond to calls!!! I would say if you ever have considered using them, run far real fast!!

Talk about professionals!! These guys are it!! I called with a situation at my office, they were here within an hour! Not only did they fix the problem they were honest and told us what we could do to avoid the issues from happening again!

Poor customer service. Company Owner threatening to file a lien for a job that I never authorized valued less then $300. I will file a grievance complain with Nevada State Board. Not too happy with them.
