do not use them! call center said $165 to diagnose my hot water tank not lighting. came over, told me that the temp. sensor tripped and charged me an additional $200 ""labor"" for absolutely nothing! they did no labor - they diagnosed the issue....thats what i called them for. anyway, left me with a quote to replace my unit and said they would ""maybe"" apply the addtional charges off a new unit. i would never do continued business with a company that was deceptive in pricing from the beginning. do not use them!

On July 4th the water line cracked behind the refrigerator had water on kitchen floor ,old shut off valve was broke call H-Jacks Plumbing quoted me a price of $189 to come out . I said ok being a holiday . The employee was polite explained the problem. He told me I can cut the pipe and cap it for $738 or fix and complete the water line to the fridge total over $1,200. I told him you got to be kidding me. For that price I can buy a new fridge. Told him just cap it . Called the office next business day to complain and was told by some one that they have a lot of over head that's why it cost that much. After calling the office twice finally got my receipt. On the receipt it claims the tech replaced a valve which he did not. All he did cut the plastic line to the fridge and cut the pipe with turn valve on it and cap the pipe also turn the main line off and on he was in the house maybe half- hour at best. Called the office back person I talked to basically argued with me that they have GPS on there vehicles that the tech was at my house longer than a half- hour than the nerve that they could come and complete the job at a discount for $425. I told him no thanks. If I was physically able to I could have fixed it for under $2. Sad that H Jack Plumbing take advantage customer I would not recommend this Co. to anyone !

So we called them to fix plumbing in our house, and they quoted us $3000 and we gave them $1500 upfront and then another $1500 when they completed the work. That was in December, the employees refused to wear masks in my house and we just had COVID but they did not care. Since then they have been out 4 or 5 times I have lost count and we still have leaks, the toilet that was $995 to fix exploded and then they came back and said it was done wrong and they fixed it again but it was the other toilet that was flushed when the water was pouring into our kitchen on someone. I called to complain today and they said they will be out again to assess the situation, so that means another day off of work to stand around and listen to them tell us another lie. I asked for a partial refund and the guy said no they will fix it. I could have saved the money and put it towards redoing the bathroom. How many plumbers does it take to fix a leak? So far we have had 6 people from there and none have agreed on the issue or fixed it. Glad its COVID so people do not see the big whole in my kitchen ceiling...
