Two gentleman appeared to do all the right things. Polite, on-time, explained options for installing toilets. Well, after installing toilets, we had major problems with backup into the showers, (gross!). They never answered our calls. They were supposed to provide us with a free inspection in addition. They never did so. They charge a lot of money to power clean the lines, but another plumber explained that they broke up the calcium, but never flushed it out to the sewer line. So big pieces of calcium and rust severely clogged the line. Hey, if you make a mistake, admit it and come back and fix it. Tons of money down the tubes (no pun intended),

Had an issue with a leaking toilet, found this company on Yelp over the weekend and requested an estimate. They were quick with replies and we were able to schedule a time Monday morning for them to come and complete the repair! Hyram arrived and it took him less than one hour to complete. He was kind and friendly and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

Very responsive! He answered all my questions and was very thorough - he actually found the leak that the plumber we had first hired from another company missed. He was patient searching and explained to me where the leak was, information about how the plumbing worked, and was very hard working. Hyram responded to my call, the Friday evening before the 4th of July. In both bathrooms, water was not draining after my daughter's shower. Hyram advised us not to drain any more water and promised to come out first thing on Saturday morning. I can say he spotted the problem quickly, delivered effective service, and educated us on the issue. We now also know we need more work done on the pipes after we had them inspected with a camera. I know who to call!

We had a handful of plumbing issues (dishwasher drain clogged, water filtration system improperly installed, kitchen faucet leaking into the base cabinet under it) that eventually achieved critical mass and needed to be addressed. On top of that, our home is fairly old and was not maintained well by a previous tenant, so we weren't sure what additional work might be discovered while fixing those issues. We reached out to H.I.P and were visited by Hiram, who was clearly knowledgeable. He gave us a competitive estimate, and completed the work in a few hours on the same day.

After going back and forth with this contractor multiple times on Yelp, I accepted each of his proposed appointment times, he keeps putting me off until the following day. The initial appointment was scheduled Friday night for Saturday afternoon. He didn't show up Saturday and said he would come Sunday since I answered him Saturday morning (the following day). After asking him to confirm the rescheduled appointment he made for today (Sunday), he now won't come until tomorrow (Monday). Not once has he contacted me via phone to confirm anything. He just sends a poorly worded email stating he can't keep the appointment he chose to make.
