..called at 4:30 pm on a Monday...recording said they were closed and that they would reopen on Tuesday at NOON....I left a message,....no one ever called me back....I guess they really don't need your business...

Todd is really as good as it gets. He does great work and he works it fast. Even his response time is quick. We've never had call back issues with his repairs. When it's fixed, it's fixed! He's fixed our toilets, burst pipes, bathtub drains, installed sink fixtures and replaced our garbage disposal. He's never had to be at our house for more than an hour and usually has parts on him-and if he doesn't he tells customers how to get it cheap if he can't get it cheaper.
He's also the most friendly guy you will ever meet AND he is honest and very reasonable. You can trust this man and depend on him.

H&H is a good example of a dependable local plumber. I have used Todd often for drips, leaks, noises, and general nuisances around the house. What I most appreciate is the quick response after leaving a message on the answering machine, so I can plan my day.
