This company deserves a five star in every way! I got a new heating and air conditioning system put in last year, and Alejandro did an amazing job with his technicians! They were kind, courteous, and thorough in every way. I could not be happier with this company!! I did not know that there was a rebate and their office called me and filed it for me and I got hundreds of dollars back. The units were put in a year ago and they did a complementary check up on my systems today. Their technician,Chad , was very thorough. I don't know how anybody could give this company less than five stars! Thanks, Charlie and team.

My 84 yr old mother in Mansfield had a pipe break in her house. I live in Columbus. They did a fantastic job, and couldn't have been more professional! They not only helped her, but me too as I'm her primaty support! THANK YOU H & H!!!!

Don't use H&H...they're bogus! They charge by the hour and according to them, they go by the device on their company vehicles. However, the tech spent a lot of the time on the phone calling the office multiple times to ask questions on how to handle my situation and then included that time in the bill even though no work had been done yet. I accepted that as part of the work, whatever, but then they tried to charge me through their lunch break cus another tech came to help and they left in his van, but was timing the service off the first guy. I had to fight the bill and got that timeframe removed, but they're a hassle!
We used Mr Rooter afterwards and had no issues with them!!

I went to H&H with an inducer from an old furnace, an older gentleman waited on me and i asked him i need this inducer ""which had the part number right on it"" He stated that he had to know what model and serial #' the furnace was. I told him the part number again and he got smart with me and said he couldn't do anything without mod./Ser. which i knew was BS so i am starting to get pissed at this guy and 1 of his coworker came over ask what i needed, I gave him the same info and he took my inducer walked across the street and came back with what i needed! So slick hair guy u need to take lessons on how to be helpful and listen to what someone is telling you instead of acting like u know it all ' and stop being RUDE to ppl there doing buss. with your company. your coworker took care of me like an employee should and i left with my part and they got a 300 dollar sale!
