Unfortunately I had to call HH for a plumbing problem during the hurricane! Never fails... as soon as I called I got a response working 10 minutes. The plumber was very nice. Advised me he had another call and would be right over. Sure enough about a hour or so later. He treated me he was on the way. Fast friendly service at reasonable prices. Unfortunately my issue was over a holiday weekend as well so of course the price was higher! Ugh. But what are you going to do ‍. I would use them again.

We had a pipe leaking from one bathroom into another. Both bathrooms torn apart, 4 Home Depot trips, 1 Harbor Freight trip & $200 and 8 hours later we had to stop and call the pro's. Called a few different places only to be given very high rough estimates ($200-500) based on what I explained was going on, or was told """"we can't tell you a quote, we have to charge $50 to come out and check then we can quote you."""" Called H&H after I passed one of their trucks. The gentlemen who answered the phone gave me a round about price of $150 out the door, based on my explanation of the issue. I lucked out and received a same day service call. Tom arrived and expeditiously performed the repair in just under an hour. Explained a few things about copper piping Incase we decide to take on future plumbing adventures (which won't happen) and was very friendly and professional. Upon payment, would you believe I paid exactly what I was quoted!!! I highly highly recommend H&H to anyone seeking a professional and honest company. Fingers crossed we have no more issues, but it we do H&H will absolutely be our solution.

These guys are great! They are quick fix with whatever I've needed and with great prices. Despite this other review, it has nothing to do with the amazing, trusted, quality owners and product of this company. I have trusted them numerous times in my house and feel very confident in their abilities and additions to the community. It's run by two trusted family men and the other review is not an accurate representation of this company whatsoever! Thanks H&H for saving my home and family!

Very inflexible company. They wouldn't stop on the way to my house and do a curbside pickup of my water heater even when I offered to pay them $75 for the extra 15 minutes. To make matters worse, they waited till the day before my appointment to tell me they had this ridiculous policy.

Shady pricing practices!! Was give a price by Lisa which, after the job was completed went up a $100 FOR NO REASON. She pretended that our conversation from 4 days ago never happended. Paid the bogus extra charge jsut to make them go away. I will never use them again!!
