I recently had my water heater leaking water all over our garage. We had a flight to catch the next day therefore we were in a bind. We called H& H Plumbing and they came out a couple of hours later and shortly thereafter diagnosed the problem and installed a new water heater. I was very impressed with the quick and professional service we received. I think the person who came out is named Bill. I apologize if I got his name wrong, it has been almost a month since he came out, but he was friendly and very professional and informative. He worked hard in the heat and rain. I called back after he left, because I had a concern with cloudy water when I turned on the hot water and he gladly returned ready to empty out the water heater and refill it, even though it was not necessary and could have just assured me over the phone that there was no problem and some residue is normal initially. I told him he could have just told me this over the phone. I felt bad that he came back when we were his last job. He told me he preferred coming back to make sure there was no problem with the water heater. Wow! That is dedication and taking pride in your work! I commend Bill for his hard work and professionalism. My husband and I also enjoyed talking with him while he worked. Thank you Bill, keep up the great work! God bless you and thank you all at H& H Plumbing! You have earned my loyalty!

We were very pleased with H&H today! James came out and quickly fixed our clogged drains. I was really worried with how backed up the toilet, shower & tub became but he was reassuring and was able to use a machine and remove the clog.

This place is terrible! Bad management and bad ownership! The workers where good, but not able to do what they needed because of the manager Steve. He is totally unprofessional and does not belong in any management position. They got very little done and still charged full price. When I tried to talk to owner, got ignored. Do not go to them!

I had a leaking toilet, My house was flooding and the ladies in the office got a plumber to my house asap. I was very happy with Jose.. he fixed the problem with my leaking toilet and even helped me clean it up.

Called them for a suspected leak. They thought the leak was in the wall or slab foundation of the bathroom due to a sound heard in the wall. They recommended American Leak Detection to find the location of the leak for $500. Paid about $180 for the initial visit, $500 for leak detection and $1100 for the leak in the slab foundation to be fixed.

I was very pleased with H&H. i called this morning for a clogged toilet. I explained that previous attempts by, yours truly were unsuccessful. so instead of spending time doing things that wouldn't work, He was able to clean the line all while being friendly to me and our pets. Great price and service. Got quoted $2300 by another company to do a water heater and H&H only charged $1300 and the product works great. Workers where very knowledgeable and kind. 10/10 would use their services again.

Zero stars!! Stay away. Information them the issue on the phone no water to home that we were on a well system and the pump was continually running. They came out had no idea what the issue was. Here for 10 minutes charged me $80 for service call even though the tech said he had no clue how to fix well system and had no recommendations for my but was happy to charge me $80. Even when I complained to him and told him that I told the guy that picked up the phone it was a well system he could have said that you couldn't fix it before wasting my time and money. They are a complete ripe off just wanted to change $80 for 10 minutes knowing they couldn't work on a well system. DO NOT CALL THEM

This company is wonderful! The owner so polite and caring on the phone . Home Depot and Lowes were bad. The two gentlemen that came out to replace my water heater were excellent. Love Dale and Jose. They were at my house within an hour and a half of my phone call. This company is reasonable and fast. After they left I had a small problem with pressure and they immediately returned and fixed it. I will be using them in the future for many projects I need fixed
