H&H Was assigned by the home warranty company to come out and fix my broken sump pump. That was Jan 2017. Now I'm getting ready to sell my house and i've had several contractors come by to quote work that needs to be done under the house and all of them and the home inspection company have called out the incorrect way H&H plumbed the pump and all of them said it needs to be taken out and plumbed correctly before I sell the house.

Barbara was in constant touch with me and went out of her way to see that I would be getting hot water as soon as possible. Leaking toilet--looked at by H&H--They told us that they ""couldn't do anything"", and left. Their office person said that our toilet was not ""up to code"" and that their equipment ""wouldn't fit"".
Next day another plumber found the problem to be extensive--required digging and replacing a pipe. This meant several hours of heavy work.

Looks like the H&H guys don't like to get their hands dirty!

I read reviews and was a little nervous after reading that Gary was gruff and rude. I called based on reviews of the skill level. I spoke with Barbara, his wife and straight out asked if he was grumpy or rude, and told her I didn't want to pay for that type of service. She put my concerns to rest quickly. I am glad that I went with my instincts.
I was so pleasantly surprised to meet the big ""meanie"", who was anything but that. Gary and his son Cory were extremely easy to work with. Their service was quick and like others, he provided me with options to reduce absorption of costs all at one time.
Cory was one of the more professional, polite and personable young man I have met in a very long time.
All in all, I would highly recommend their services. Two thumbs up!

The father and son team of H&H Plumbing came over to find a leak that had been baffling us for almost a week. Water kept appearing on our laundry room floor and we were unable to figure out the source of the leak. They were kind, courteous and efficient; finding the source of the water and fixing it in less than an hour. And, the price was right! I would highly recommend them!
