Yelp, you have to get more ratings. At least down to a minus 5.

I called this dump and was going to ask for a repipe bid on my house in Paso. I called with my cell phone, via an Angies List number. All is good. An Angies List voice came on saying ""press 5 to be connected to the contractor (something like that)"", so I pressed 5. The phone rang a while with no answer, so I hung up and called back. Same thing. No problem, this happens. About an hr later I tried again, went through the ""press 5"" thing again and this time they picked up giving me this professional greeting: ""What the F*&^% do you want?"", then he hung up.

So I figured Angies list had the wrong number listed and I was mistakenly talking to some dead beat, so I googled H & H plumbing and, wallah, the same number is listed. So I called back (this time from another phone). Same guy/voice picked up: ""H&H...."". Sweet as could be now. I hung up.

The guy is a total clown.

We were assigned H & H through a home insurance program. The insurance program itself has been terrible and I was nervous when I read the reviews but it just proved what I hate about Yelp. Only people with negative experiences or someone with an agenda take the time to write reviews So here I am a year later writing my first review in over a decade because they deserve it.

They were efficient and knowledgeable. We moved into a home that was leaking sewage from the dishwasher line. There was a lake under the house and it smelled horrible. It had been leaking for awhile. They were under the house immediately (On a hot day and it's a small manufactured home). They found one PX elbow popped off. Glued it, and it's been perfect for over a year.


Definitely trustworthy.

What a wonderful local family owned plumbing company. Cory showed up at our home to replace our water heater after it went out last night. He is a very nice young man and even cleaned up after himself. He worked efficiently and charged us a fair price... yea, we have a new plumber!

H&H Was assigned by the home warranty company to come out and fix my broken sump pump. That was Jan 2017. Now I'm getting ready to sell my house and i've had several contractors come by to quote work that needs to be done under the house and all of them and the home inspection company have called out the incorrect way H&H plumbed the pump and all of them said it needs to be taken out and plumbed correctly before I sell the house.

Gary is grumpy and rude. There's no getting around it. There is a lot of competition out there why subject yourself to this kind of obnoxious personality? Never again!

They've been out to my house on many occasions. They were instrumental in my remodel and continue to service me on a regular basis (flat sewer line requiring recurring cleaning). Efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable is the theme with these guys.

A+ for H & H! I had the pleasure of meeting Cory, the son of the owner yesterday. He is personable, competent and courteous. He quickly and efficiently fixed four plumbing problems I had. You can't go wrong with their service! I even called his mom and told her what a fine son she has!

I was referred to H & H Plumbing from my home warranty insurance company when I discovered I wasn't getting hot water. Barbara was in constant touch with me and went out of her way to see that I would be getting hot water as soon as possible. As it turned out, I needed a new water heater which was installed within 24 hours of my call to the insurance company. Thank you H & H for such great service!

Leaking toilet--looked at by H&H--They told us that they ""couldn't do anything"", and left. Their office person said that our toilet was not ""up to code"" and that their equipment ""wouldn't fit"".
Next day another plumber found the problem to be extensive--required digging and replacing a pipe. This meant several hours of heavy work.

Looks like the H&H guys don't like to get their hands dirty!
