Ohhh if I could give ZERO stars I would. This man is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. Please avoid this company and please avoid SELECT HOME WARRANTY whom he work for. I believe they work hand in hand at being dishonest. I had a Hot Water Heater that failed after 16 years old and Select Home Warranty sent Mr. HH Franklin to my home. Mr. Franklin was in my home for literally 5 min. He pressed me for the $75.00 call fee prior to getting to my home which I had to cash app to him. He gave the Home Warranty Company his 5 minute diagnosis - which stated I needed to clean my hot water heater which the warranty company don't pay for. I requested a second opinion because I had the hot water heater cleaned the prior year and I could not trust a 5 minute diagnosis. The second Plumber from Len Plumbing came and gave an exact opposite diagnosis which stated the hot water heater was old and needed to be replaced. I was out of hot water for a week - SELECT HOME WARRANTY is refusing to pay for the replacement. I paid for a Home Warranty who does not honor its own policy (WE WILL FIX OR REPLACE). I will be suing the Warranty Company for every dime I paid for the Hot Water Heater to be replaced. BOTTOM LINE PLEASE DO NOT USE HH FRANKLIN PLUMBING AND HEATING OR SELECT HOME WARRANTY. All he want is the call fee - and provide the Warranty Company a false diagnosis so they won't have to pay. He also would not speak to the Warranty Company via a 3-way call with me stating WE (he and the Warranty Co.) don't do 3-way calls. I guess you won't when you scheming together and don't want the customer to know. SCAMS!

I have been trying for a little over a month for H. H. Franklin Plumbing and Heating to fix my bathroom faucet after he received approval from my Home Warranty Company. As soon as he walked into my home before he even looked at the problem he was inquiring about the service fee. I have been back and forth between the HWC and Frank to no avail. Frank indicated that he would not provide service without payment from the HYWC first. The HWC indicated that they have sent him the payment for the service and still has not communicated about whether or not he has received the payment. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact him to no avail. He has a very rude disposition when speaking with him. He's attempted to try and make like it was my problem, but, I let him know that he could stop right there. Unfortunately, the HWC will not send out another plumber until this matter is resolved with H. H. Franklin Plumbing and Heating. I'm totally stuck in a frustrated dilemma.

Frank was sent by Choice HomeWarranty. He wanted only cash, no check or credit card to pay the deductible. He arrived and I explained the issue with the water heater. I told him that the chamber may have some gas since I tried to lit the pilot of the water heater myself. Without any precautions he decided to lit the pilot and combustion occurred and a small puff came out of the chamber. He decided that it was to dangerous to continue working. He wrote a note to Choice that there was debris on the water heater. Claim was denied due to lack of maintenance according to Choice. I called another technician, came within 2 hrs and lit the pilot in 5 minutes. He said it was some gas in the chamber... That was it!! No debris...
Be aware of Choice Home warranty and their subcontractors. Now, I understand why Frank only takes cash.

If it were possible to give no stars, I would. I've had to be on the phone twice with HH Franklin, and he is rude. Just rude. I was assigned this company through my home warranty company. To me it seems like he just doesn't want to do work that comes through the home warranty company. Every time I get approval from the warranty company, and then speak to him, he tells me it isn't covered. Now he has the home warranty company believing he is right. I'm on hold for management with the warranty company. I will report him to them as a company not to work with. EVER. The worst plumbing company I've ever worked with.

Horrible business. Horrible man who came to repair plumbing. He was so grumpy and unprofessional that he actually walked off the job and did not repair a thing. Why would my home warranty have him listed as a contractor?????

DON'T USE THEM! Our home warranty gave this awful company our contract on 30 June and it is now 7 July and they yet to call us, and don't try to call them! No one answers the phone, they don't have a website, email, or an answering machine. WORST. COMPANY. EVER.

I had a kitchen faucet handle with a slow leak above my counter top so I utilized HH Franklin Plumbing & Heating via my home warranty company. Unfortunately, the faucet I had was an off-brand with a metric-sized hex wrench so after the first visit, Frank could not get the faucet handle off without breaking it (which my home warranty company wouldn't authorize). There were back-and-forth for over a month on this issue between myself, my home warranty co, and HH Franklin which was a shared disaster between the ladder two parties resulting in terrible communication and three failed visits where the faucet STILL was not fixed (although he finally got it off on the 3rd visit).

The reason I am giving a 2 star rating is due to HH Franklin's communication and administrative back-office; it's in shambles. HH Franklin utilizes a call-center where you can leave messages for the plumber and the reps in that service were very nice but Frank himself is responsible for calling you back, scheduling appointments, communicating issues/confusion, etc. and Frank was terrible at that sadly. I had to contact the call center 3-4 times over the course of a week to even hear back from Frank on multiple occasions. After Frank determined my faucet was irreparable (after 3 visits), my home warranty company gave him 3 faucet models at Home Depot within a price range that he could purchase and install. HH Franklin refused to even go online to look at the models or travel to Home Depot to purchase the replacement faucet. Frank seemed concerned about getting reimbursed for the time/travel spent on looking up the part number on Home Depot's website (he stated ""we don't do that"") and traveling to Home Depot but plumbers go to home improvement stores ALL THE TIME for parts. The root of the issue was an unfamiliarity with technology, horrific communication, and poor customer service. Also, they don't accept credit cards...

Do not use this plumbing and heating company! They are rude and unprofessional. I was referred to them by my home warranty company to get my hot water heater fixed. Not only did it take days for them to even answer the phone and set up an appointment to come and assess the problem, but they did not follow up on filing a service report which meant parts could not be ordered and I ended up going without hot water for two weeks when it could have been fixed in 2-3 days. Horrible, horrible, horrible!
