I Normally wouldn't do something like this but I have never worked with a more unprofessional company than H&G plumbing & heating. I asked that they send someone to my job site to do an estimate. They sent two repairman and charged me $140.00. The repairman didn't do anything! When I called to talk to them about it. I was told to pay it or they would turn me over to collections. I guess if your H&G you just get paid for doing nothing

This company blantently disregarded their mishandlings of their services at my in-laws. The e-mail exchange is attached as well as the the photos of the chard instruction manual that was found shoved into the back of the heating unit. My father-in-law went to relight the pilot light, and while searching for the manual found them in this condition that almost led to a fire.

Doug and his keen friend Carl lack customer service skills, professionalism, and the qualities to keep a stable company...

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS CUSTOMER LOYALTY WITH THIS COMPANY. In June of 2016 my air conditioning unit quit working a unit that was installed by H&G along with my heating unit over 15 years ago and I have had them serviced by them without question for all these years.
They examined the unit and quoted a price that I thought was outrageous and so I contacted a competing company from La Porte, a company I have never done business with and requested they examine my unit and provide me with a quote.
I was shocked when I was quoted a price that was several hundred dollars less than the high quote of H&G.
I contracted this company to make the repairs and in less that 2 hours my unit working once again at a significant savings to me.
DON'T BE AFRAID TO SHOP AROUND.

The absolute worst company to deal with. They lack professionalism. They show up over three hours late for a scheduled 3pm appointment. They are unreachable and do not care about their customers and refuse to make the situation correct. They do not care about people and do not care about resolving issues. Stay far away from this company that has no integrity. They could have fixed this situation and chose not to! If you love being charged $90 for a one minute visit, they are your company (oh and if you love waiting three hours with no explanation too!). So many other better companies than this!
