This company is an Absolute scam. I called my home warranty company (First American Home Warranty) because we had issues with the toilet down in the basement and problem with the toilets up stairs. Keep in mind the house is only 11 years old. Two men came out and went down in the utility room to look at the basement bathroom and after spending about 10 minutes down their they came to the conclusion the plumbing was not installed correctly and not to code which then means my Home Warranty will not cover this. They then were ever so quick to say that they will come back out and fix it for $3000 dollars. So now im left with a tank full of feces and urine in my basement that wont be getting fixed by my warranty company. On top of all this I heard one guy tell the other guy that they Auger is not on the truck (which means they cant snake my toilets upstairs) and because I already suspected something shady with this company I decided to ask the main guy before they left if they fixed the issue upstairs at least and I was told to my face that yes the other guy did it when we were downstairs. Ide like to point out that besides when they first got there I remained upstairs the whole time with my children so there is no physically possible way they snaked anything and the toilets still do not work properly. Because something felt off I called out a Master Plumber (C & A Plumbing LLC) on my own dime to give me a second opinion and was told that they are 100% wrong and that everything was installed correctly and up to code. I then spoke with Thomas who I believe is some type of supervisor at H-CORE Plumbing which I have to phone call recorded and he tells me he did some looking into what his guys were saying and that they very well could have just overlooked something and that he will call my home warranty company back and get the claim reopened. Since that conversation he will not return my phone calls or text messages so my home warranty company will still not fix the issue and im stuck with paying thousands of dollars out of my own pocket all because either A. These guys don't know what they are doing or B. They are trying to pull a fast one with the warranty company to get more money. Either way I strongly suggest not ever using this company for anything and if your warranty company tells you that they are sending this place out to ask for a different company. I hope and pray no one else has to go through this nightmare which is why Im leaving a review.

I called my home warranty company AHS and I requested service for my hot water heater which was contracted to H-Core Plumbing . The young man who came to my home was very professional, kind, and courteous. My issue with H-Core Plumbing is that they charged me $250 to remove the old water heater, because of State codes you just can't throw the hot water heater away with regular trash, this was in December, H-Core Plumbing will not return my phone calls or AHS', I've been calling to have them come dispose of the old hot water heater, which I was charged $250 for - H Core Plumbing has left unfinished business in my home, I would not recommend H-Core Plumbing.

There is nothing worse than being awakened in the middle of the night by the sound of running water, only to find that a pipe has sprung a leak. After finding the location, I called American Home Shield (AHS), and they sent out a service technician from H-Core Plumbing, which is based in nearby Taylor. After replacing the section of pipe that decided to become a sprinkler system overnight, my hot water heater is now back in service.

Lester, the plumber that came to my house to perform the service call, was very friendly and professional. He was able fabricate a replacement pipe to the correct length within 20 minutes, and connect it to the hot water heater. Lester, stayed around to make sure the new pipe didn't leak, and the seals were holding properly. Likewise, he thoroughly explained to me what he was going to do, and gave me a completely detailed invoice when he was finished. There were no hidden surprises, which is great in my book.

All in all, I would highly recommend H-Core Plumbing to anyone in the Detroit Metropolitan area looking for fast friendly service. They called me first thing in the morning to set an appointment time. They also give you a courtesy call you to let you know they will be at your home within 30-60 minutes, which lets you make sure to be ready when they pull-up at your front door.
