Their diagnostic fee is much higher than typical plumbers charge.

I contacted Home Advisors for a plumber and H H plumbing was the first to call and set an appointment. They came right on time. After they viewed the job I was told that there was a $158.00 diagnostic fee. I informed the worker that I was never told about any fee. I decided to hire them anyway and signed an estimate. I was told that it would take a few days to get a new pump and as soon as they get it they will be back. They left with the pump from my bathroom and I did not hear from them again. I called several times and they apologized and said they will be over to fix my bathroom. They never came nor did they call me back. To top it off I told the person, whom I will not name, to bring me my pump so that I can, at least, know what kind of pump to buy and was told that they no longer had the pump. I do not recommend them at all. They showed poor work ethics.
