Benjamin S.We have used Gwinnett Area Plumbers three times now. They have always been quick to respond, arrive on time, are very professional, and their work has been good. I would highly recommend. Every time we have had a problem they have fixed has gone the same way. 1) They do an initial diagnosis and give a quote estimate (but warn it could be more once they get things taken apart and determine for sure what is the exact problem). 2) Once they determine for sure what the problem is, their initial diagnosis was correct. The price is the same as they initially estimated. 3) They finish the job quickly, professionally, and the workmanship is good.
Liz M.I called Gwinnett Area Plumbers after waiting for two days in a row on another company to show up. I spoke with the dispatcher and within 2 minutes of hanging up the phone, I received a call from David, the owner of the company. David assured me that Peter could get arrive to my house between 3-5pm. I was skeptical because of my recent experience with the other plumbing company, but sure enough, Peter arrived at 3:05pm. He was in and out in one hour and the problem is fixed. Peter was great and very professional. I can't speak too much to pricing because I'm not very familiar with plumbing service prices, but after a quick Google search, the amount I paid was average to what other companies were charging for the repair that I needed.
Ez U.If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a RIP OFF. Unethical pricing and service practices. I strongly recommend that you find another plumber and avoid wasting your TIME and MONEY on this joke of a plumbing company.
