The plumbing basically imploded at our rental house and our tenants were dealing with no water and black sludge backing up in the tub and kitchen sink. After going under the house, we discovered a large chunk of the plumbing was original to the house (1940s) and lead-based. A call to one of the big plumbing companies in town resulted in a time-table of two weeks+, which was obviously untenable for our renters. Carroll Plumbing was there in less than a week, took care of everything and didn't charge over their quote, even though an internal pipe required much more work than they thought. Very reasonable cost, great work and personable workers. Cathy in reception is also great and clearly runs a tight ship! Highly recommend.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. They were awesome, professional, on time and did a great job installing my new gas lines. They cleaned up their worksite when they left too. The gas company came and took my meter and told me I had a leak. For over a month I called plumber after plumber. Most would come and look and leave saying they would send me an estimate that day, but then I'd have to wait days for them to bother. If they couldn't do what they said with the estimate I didn't want to trust them to do the job. Not Carrol plumbing! They told me on the spot what it would cost, that's exactly what it cost and they were the best value around. Everyone else tried to take advantage of my situation but not Carroll plumbing! Others tried to sell me unnecessary items to jack up my bill. Clearly they got a commission to up sell and they didn't care that I was living on a fixed income or that I had no hot water for over a month. Or some plumbers jacked up their prices taking advantage of the crazy market we have right now but Carrol plumbing didn't do that, they were very fair pricing. They did a great job, passed inspection with flying colors and I had my meter back that day! Don't bother calling anyone else. Give your business to these guys! They are the best! I found my new go to plumber

My Realtor gave me their name as a reference for a Plumber. They came out and even though we bought the wrong size Toilet to put in, they looked at my sink to see if I could install a Garbage Disposal, New Dishwasher & talked about Water Softener. Super Professional. Joe is going to come back out once we return the Toilet and get a new one.  Really Impressed! 1st Times I used them.

Second time was just as great! Joe came out and installed Garbage Disposal, new Toilet in Master and new Faucet in Kitchen. They clean up and do a really good job. I appreciate knowing that the job will be done right be nice pleasant Plumbers. I waited 2 weeks because they are quite busy. There's a reason they are so busy. Kathy is very efficient answering phone calls and calling back.

We had a rupture on one of our faucets outside. It started to leak inside our bedroom. I had to shut the water off to avoid further damage. I called and they were very busy but managed to squeeze us in after hours. Chris came in and was able to replace the pipe that was broken and did it in no time. Because of his great work we were able to turn our water back on and not have to wait days for the repairs.

I will use them as my plumber from now on!!

Zach was willing to 1- wear a disposable mask I gave him so it was clean; 2- let me spray his shoes; and 3- let me give him hand sanitizer before he even came in my house. He let me set up my fans so the air circulated out of my house and stayed on the opposite side so we could manage social distancing. Zach was awesome! That's what I'm saying. Anyone taking the virus seriously and respecting customers fears and concerns wins 100 stars, in my opinion. Thank you!!! (Oh, and fixed the problem in maybe 10 minutes!)

After paying a local handyman to put in a new sink and under sink plumbing I ended up calling Hessinger's. That was after 5 floods in the kitchen. They immediately fit me into their schedule and said they would be here between 10 and six. they were here by 11 and by 11:30 had everything fixed correctly including the correct piping which was the handyman's mistake. Very professional very courteous and I will use again. Hope I don't need to, but I will if need be.

I solicited bids from three top licensed plumbing contractors in my area for a mini split air conditioning/heating unit and to troubleshoot an old on demand hot water heater. Every one of the plumbers scratch their heads about problems surrounding the installment of a new on demand hot water heater. Steve Baker along with his coworker came back three different times to spend time brainstorming on the different scenarios that would suit my building and needs the best. Steve Baker's bid was the only bid that addressed all of my concerns. His estimate was not the lowest, however he was the only professional contractor that I trusted.

After he got the job, their work was impeccable. It was a difficult install however I believe he managed to install a new on demand hot water heater that suit my needs in every way.

He was professional and his demeanor was warm, trustworthy, punctual and courteous. His installation job on all the units were perfectly professionally done.

I had an ancient boiler for baseboard heat & domestic hot water heater. Both at least 27 years old, really!
Before catastrophic failure, I requested 4 bids from HVAC plumbers. Of the four , 3 submitted bids; 1 suspiciously low & 1 really high & one in the expected range. Only Baker Plumbing sent the actual plumber to do the bid. That is Steven Baker himself. He arrived at the time agreed upon, asked the right questions & got an itemized bid back in 1 day. Work started on time and finished when anticipated. He came in on target with no overcharges. He explained fully & helped getting tech info for custom settings.

Steven Baker plumbing is highly recommended.

PNM red-tagged our gas line because we had an internal gas leak. Michael from Noble Mechanical came over the same day, found the leak quickly, fixed the leak, replaced our water heater, and had it all done in 2.5 days. He and his guys stayed late to get the job done, and did everything they said they would do in a very timely manner. Additionally, they patched the drywall where they had to make a hole to repair the gas line. Would definitely recommend these guys, they are awesome!
