Called this company out to fix my water leak, then remembered I needed my downstairs furnace lit. They fixed my toilet, had GREAT customer service, came out to me at about 10 AM after I called for service around 8! Then we ended up having a gas leak, called them back about 15 til 5 and they came out, replaced the part and re-lit our furnace!!! I had 2 sets of guys come out and both were helpful, cleaned up, and answered all my questions! Even replaced my toilet handle that was sticking!!!! Won't call anyone else but GUYS! THANK YOU!

After months of having 2 different Heating and Air companies try to fix our air conditioner , charging us several thousand dollars, we called Guys and they tried to fix the problem,but also had difficulty and finally called Goodman and installed a brand new air conditioner and no cost to us.As I understood it, the unit was out of warranty, but they (Goodman) and Guys worked together and fixed it with complete new parts and unit, free of charge.We will never use anyone else and highly recommend them to anyone having problems. Top quality. Had a pipe leaking causing a minor flood. Michael came out and fixed the issue. Explained the cause and gave advice to keep it from happing again.
