Guy installed a window air conditioner for us about a week ago. He really was knowledgeable about every aspect of the job. He not only installed it correctly, but made sure it looked neat and workmanlike. He even addressed issues of home security and made sure that the unit and the window were safe and sound.

I'm really impressed: a handyman that understands how to do a project, explains it to you and then does it competently.

I called Guy to install some garage shelving. He gave me a same day response (I was lucky he was open), took me to Home Depot, got what we needed, he then went to work. No nonsense, efficient, good result. I'll absolutely call him again.

I cannot speak highly enough of Guy, his personality and the quality of his work. We work in real estate, flipping homes and managing investment properties, and Guy is our go to ""guy"" for every project, big or small, personal or professional.

He is well versed in all aspects of home improvement and fixes. These include bigger things like hanging TV's, expensive artwork, barn doors, wine racks, etc. as well as the smaller things like towel racks, loose knobs, patches, wobbly gates, etc. He is very knowledgable in many different areas.

Aside from his great quality of work and attention to detail, Guy is great at getting back to his clients. When we provide a list of tasks, he gets back to us immediately and gets us in quickly - sometimes next or same day depending on the job list and his schedule.

Lastly he is not only good at what he does but he genuinely cares - he treats each project/property as if it were his own. He recently helped us with a tenant turnover and could not have been more meticulous and helpful. After he finished with our list, he checked every object in every room of the house in detail and ended up saving us time and money (and headache).

I would HIGHLY recommend Guy to help you with ANYTHING you need done.

I set up an appointment with Guy mainly to install a new TV on the wall, but since there is a 3 hour minimum I also made a honey do list which he worked on for me. (new towel bar, curtain rod, hanging a few photos, installing some knobs, etc)

His work is quality and he is meticulous. He uses time effectively and was on time from the start.

He checked in with any question he had before varying from my request on the list, and I am totally happy with the experience and his work. What he couldn't complete (due to me not buying the correct materials generally) we discussed each thing so I knew how to proceed. He obviously knows what he is doing and had alot of suggestions that I didn't even think of.

I couldn't recommend Guy enough! I needed to have 2 TVs mounted, as well as a large wooden piece hung on a wall. Guy responded quickly to my request, gave me a great quote, and showed up on time. He worked quickly and efficiently, and was very friendly the entire time. We ran into a bit of an issue with one of the new TV brackets I bought. The bracket was faulty and wasn't holding the TV at a level plane. If I had tried to do this on my own, I'd be staring at a crooked TV. Guy was able to lean on his expertise and experience and come up with a solution! Very happy with his services, and I'll definitely be using him again in the future!

I hired Guy to install three interior doors. He arrived early and got right to work. He was detailed and did a quality installation. He was very clean and organized. I highly recommend him.

Guy doesn't do mason work himself, but he referred me to a guy he uses, Juan, who repaired my concrete block wall that had collapsed. Juan did a fantastic job at a reasonable price and matched the stucco covering it perfectly. It looks at least as good as when it was originally done! Quick, professional work!

Well Guy did fix up my uncle's house before we sold it - issues from patching a large hole in the wall to tearing up carpet and refinishing flooring to painting. Fast and fair.

But better yet, I went with him to the hardware store to get supplies - he negotiated and advocates for your project, and knew more than the staff about what to use and how well stuff works.
