I needed two plumbing problems fixed. The repairman came on time, fully masked and exercising every COVID precaution. Both problems were fixed. The bill was sent electronically a few days later to avoid any direct handling of credit cards. Great service at a great price.

Wow. I wish all repair service providers were like Guy Plumbing.
Had a clogged sink. Wasn't sure if the garbage disposal might have conked out.
They were on time. Super polite. Very efficient. Got the job done. Explained everything clearly. My go to plumber from now on.

Fantastic and speedy service when we needed it. Saved us hundreds of dollars. Requested service in the morning, and within 30 minutes had a plumber with the right part at our house masked and ready to go. Turned out our disposal had a screw lodged in it that we couldn't find. Just paid for a service call which was very reasonable.

My parents have trusted Guy Plumbing for many years. I am managing the household for them now. I was thrilled to call for a faucet issue and they came out and repaired the issue within a few hours from my call! Incredible service! They were extremely professional. Absolutely no pressure to up sell. So thankful in this corona environment. What a relief. Thank you thank you!!

During the COVID-19 stay-at-home order, we noticed our single/handled bathroom sink was unable to be completely shut off; hot water was constantly leaking into the sink and down the drain. I shut the hot water under the sink but with all the hand-washing required, we were really missing the ability to use this bathroom. Guy Plumbing had replaced a similar faucet in another bathroom years ago, but I was reluctant to invite someone into my house during the social distancing order. I called them anyway and was told their repair service was still operating, and that they wear masks, gloves, and shoe coverings and that I could open the door, get out if the way, and that they would do the repair, clean up, and leave. I said I wanted the same faucet they replaced in the other bathroom years ago; she looked it up by my address and said it was in stock, and that the plumber was just finishing another job in the area. I put blue tape arrows pointing the way to the bathroom on the floor before the plumber arrived; he arrived within 15 minutes (!), installed the new faucet, and left. Guy invoices by mail so this was entirely a ""contactless"" transaction. These guys really rock! It's great to have them in the neighborhood.

We often do our own plumbing, but this job was more technical than we were up for. We did not have a plumber, so we asked for a suggestion on Nextdoor. Everyone said we should call Guy Plumbing and Heating. We were happy with them from start to finish.
We got an appointment withing 24 hours of our call. As the window approached, we received updates. When Eddie V. arrived, he was very professional and friendly. He gave us a fair quote, then he fixed our problem. He even left our bathroom very clean. We are very pleased with the job he did.

Have purchased 2 sinks over the years from Guys. Always happy with the products. In December we purchased 2 toilets and had them install as well. The man who installed them was very nice and we loved the new toilets. A couple of months ago one toilet was causing problems so I called Guys and they quickly came over and found it had a defective part. The plumber replaced the part with no charge for the visit. Again they were all very nice and said to be sure and call if anything else goes wrong. What a great place!

Guy Plumbing has been around for decades. While other companies have folded, they haven't. Their plumbers are very knowledgeable and their prices are VERY reasonable.
Guy plumbing was able to fix a couple of issues previous plumbers had created, at a cost less than those plumbers who created the problem

This review is for my parents. They are 87 and 95 years old so it is hard for them to change.
Parents trust Guys plumbing because they have a record of my parents for the past 25 years. They know the house and the history of issues of the house. As long are my parents are at ease I will call this shop.

I'm making an exception to writing reviews because of the exceptional service I received AGAIN from the folks at Guy Plumbing. I do a lot of my own plumbing repairs, and these are undoubtedly THE go-to people for identifying the problem and the part to fix it. I went in today with only a picture of our leaking kitchen faucet which the young lady behind the counter immediately identified, told me the manufacture likely guarantees that part (a cartridge) for life, and provided me with the customer service number for the manufacturer (who is sending me a free cartridge). A part I'm sure they could have sold me. Every experience there has been the same over the last 5 years. Big fan!
