This guy lies so much, He had me waiting
Over a month even though he had 75% of the job as the down payment. He had more stories than Walt Disney. Told me himself and his crew had Covid I found out he was on vacation?! It's unfortunate because the people he uses are very reliable!! Ultimate Plumbing did the job and we're outstanding!!
Clean, professional and do not leave until the job is done. Do you self a favor and stay away..

Guy clermont failed to provide a quote, his business card said free estimate but changed $129.00 to write false information.
He also stated he doesn't do Plumbing he subcontract the work.
No wonder he is :
Overpriced & bad work!

Guy Clermont moved and installed a new gas furnace and A/C until contracted from Sears. It was a big job as 90% of the existed duck work had to be replaced. He did the worst install that anyone could have possible ever done. All the duck work was installed incorrect in so many ways, and the system neither heated nor cooled the house. He also failed to stop the insulation in the walls from being sucked into the furnace's return when he cut a new return whole in the floor. This caused the heat exchange to crack! Now the entire unit is condemned a needs to be replaced, it is less than 3 years old. He also failed to install required fire safety components and then never called for the final inspection from the town. Needless to say as it would have never passed inspection.

The only silver lining in this epic fail is that Sears had to actually stand behind the install. After the first year of my husband and I calling Sears and complaining that the system does not work, they finally sent someone out to inspect it. Our thoughts were confirmed and all the duck work was installed incorrectly to say the least. Sears corrected at least most of what was installed wrong, but they did not add the second return that was listed as missing, which was in fact needed. They have since installed the second return. I fear where we would be at this point in time if we hired Guy directly, and not through Sears. We would have a non-working heating A/C system and be out the $13,000 we spent to replace the old system, as we would have to pay someone to reinstall and fix the mess that Guy created. Stay far, far, away from Guy Clermont for anything, I would not let chance a light bulb in my house!

I hired Guy to replace my boiler. He showed up with a dented boiler, but promised that he will replace the panel within 2 weeks. After the boiler was installed, I had to follow-up with him a few times to get the receipt and warranty information. For the last 3 months, I have tried calling, emailing and texting Guy about replacing the dented boiler panel. I paid Guy a lot of money (promptly and immediately) for a new and undamaged boiler so you can imagine my frustration. After giving Guy every chance to finish the job, I am now writing this review. I do not recommend Guy. He will do the job, but don't expect him to follow-up on the work, especially after he has collected payment.

Business is close by so when our boiler needed work done my husband decided to call Guy Clermont (What a mistake that was) Enter the basement and immediately starts firing off snotty comments about how horrible the previous work is (which is why he is here) and how he can't be held responsible for someone else's hack job. After explaining the issue more he finally starts to show some interest and tell us what would have to be done. Long story short we had to call him back after the job because the problem returned only to be told sorry he made a mistake then told us how to fix it ourselves via phone. Horrendous! You were just talking about another persons job and did some of the same mistakes yourself! If I could ever get back in touch with him (ignores all of our calls) I would tell him thanks for nothing!

Yes, Guy seems like a nice guy, but is a liar. He promised to do work for me under my Sears contract, never showed up for the appointment, then dodged my calls like a child.

Guy was the contractor that Lowe's assigned to install our new sink and faucet which I purchased a few days before Memorial Day.....it is now July 8th and I still don't have my sink installed. He started the work, then said the hole was too small and I needed to hire a carpenter to make the hole bigger....I did that but Guy never showed up again. Never returned my calls, Lowe's got on him and he said that he would finish the job because it was the ""right thing to do"" he never showed up for that appointment or bothered to call! On his voice mail he says ""God Bless"" like he is some great Christian....remember the Golden Rule Guy.....!
