Dr. Gunning advised that I simplify an installation of solar water heating panels and that I use vastly different connections. his advice was 180 degrees different than that of a young plumber, who is my son.

Wow. he has proven to be right. Most Reverend Dr. Gunning has worked at the house of my neighbor, Ron, and Ron agrees. Jerry showed Ron a simple trick for a DIY drain fix to be used ""next time"" and that paid off later for Ron.

Total bad experience with this company. They over charged me were very slow and removed property that belonged to me without telling me mainly all my connection lines to every single appliance which were not bad that I had to replace at a cost of over 200$. They knowingly left a dangerous situation in my laundry room the gas valve to the dryer leaked. They just capped it and went on with their day. I would never hire these guys again. My advice never pay a plumber by the hour get a solid quote for the job and always ALWAYS They them you want all the old parts! Toss them yourself. What they call common practices in the industry is actually theft. Removing property from a home without telling the homeowner is theft period.

Jerry has been the designated plumber to my home for over 20 years. I've know him for almost 10 now and every job he has done has been seamless. He is kind, honest and knows his stuff! I believe he is a one man show. He still uses an old fashion answering machine but he always calls back in a timely manner. Maybe he will update his phone one day and be available by text message ;)
