Edward was very backed up when I contacted him and we set a date 3 weeks in advance after several go arounds. When the date arrived he had been exposed to COVID and didn't come. That's understandable. But then no follow up. I had a metal filing cabinet to assemble and I think maybe he didn't want to tackle it. It looks to be horrendously difficult.

Edward responded to my Yelp request right away. He came out to look at the scope of work ( 5 light switch repairs and changes and a can light fixture repair) , gave us a quote on the spot (which was very reasonable) and did the work that afternoon! Very polite, kind, helpful and even smelled great! ( I realize that may sound weird but we've had a lot of people in and out of our house fixing things since we purchased it, some not so clean and put together, so it's something I appreciate).
I felt very comfortable with him and he REALLY knows what he's doing.

Found Edward's business card through my mother-in-law and reached out to him via e-mail. He was straightforward with his rates, and once my husband and I got a running list of things that we needed fixed around the house, we set up a time over text - his schedule was flexible and didn't book far out. He fixed two towel racks, a laundry sliding door off its track, a bathroom drawer that lost one of its tracks, and a tile that had come off the bathroom counter. He worked quickly and efficiently, is super personable, and was patient with my little pup who was curious about what he was doing in the house. I highly recommend him and that you check out his website as he's got quite a broad scope of work!

Edward is a 5-star worker! He's warm and personable, good at what he takes on, and very responsible. He installed a microwave and upper cabinet, new toilet, and reconnected all the plumbing when my counters were upgraded, including a new faucet and garbage disposal. He's good at solving problems too. I will definitely hire him again.

I needed to have three new toilets installed. Edward responded to my request with a very fair price for the job including disposal of the old toilets. He provided availability that worked around my schedule and he works quickly and efficiently.

For comparison OTHER vendors wanted to charge 2x the cost of EACH toilet to install then an exorbitant dumping fee to pad their pockets.

Edward is very pleasant and easy to chat with, he understands the issues one faces when owning a home and he's very knowledgeable. I won't hesitate to call Edward should I need anything (plumbing, electrical etc) at my home in the future!
