I was referred to Jay and his son Jason who came out immediately to diagnose the sewer problem. Jay did an economical repair and explained everything as they proceeded with our repair. If you have a serious plumbing problem Jay and his Son Jason are the contractors I trust.

My garbage disposal decided to die the wkend of Christmas, reached out to Gunderson in Saturday and they came out same day to replace the garage disposal!!! I was so happy with the service and technician who did the repairs!!! I couldn't be more thankful for their quick response, speedy service and for simply being amazing!!!

I can't say enough great things about Tom! I have out-of-state buyers who purchased a home several months ago. I called them to check in and see how things were going, and they said their hot water tank had been leaking for a couple of months! The bucket they put under the tank had to be emptied every couple of hours. I called Tom, who not only did a great job on the tank installation but most importantly, his kindness and generosity of spirit were WAY above the call of duty. Thank you for putting people first!

Zero stars! The worse plumbing company! Do NOT hire them. They are the worse plumbing company extremely not responsive. Needed a diagnosis report that was promised when I call them to do a job. They harassed me for payment but never gave me a diagnosis report for the job that was done. Dishonest and unreliable!!! They blow off your calls and never respond!!!

Recently my water heater broke and created a real mess! I looked on the BBB, Gunderson Plumbing was highly recommend. I made a phone call and spoke to the owner Tom Gunderson, and explained my situatio. Tom's crew was out on jobs but Tom said he would come to my home and personally take a look. Tom assessed that I needed a new water heater. He told me his crew could come out the next day. Tom picked up a new water heater and all the pipping needed, and sent out his crew. Great group of guys, very knowledgeable and efficient.

I definitely would recommend Tom and his team for any plumbing needed.

Our property manager contacted them to address a tenant issue with no hot water. They did not attempt to resolve the issue, but instead quoted a replacement HW heater with a 6 yr warranty. First, the price was over the top high, particularly for a cheap HW tank. However, after buying a new tank with SS elements, and ceramic lining with a 12 year warranty for less than 1/3 the quoted cost, and looking at the indicator light on the old tank, it was a failed lower element. Out tenant was without HW for days, and this could have been resolved quickly, even if temporarily, with a new element. They claimed the tank was leaking and had to be replaced and made no attempt to restore HW. I removed to old tank and inspected the bottom and insulation. I found no evidence of any leak. They charged us $163 for coming out and making a quote without doing anything to address the immediate issue. They said it was a 2 man job. I am a 66 yr old and did it by myself, hauling it out of the crawl space and to the dump. I do not believe this was a fair or honest charge, nor was their quoted replacement near expected costs.

I'd give him a zero if it were an option. Tom completed some work for me, which included installing body sprays (3) in my shower. They were not working properly and he said that he would come back and fix them. He then ghosted on me, avoiding my phone calls and never returning to make the job right. I ended up opening the wall up and what I found was a complete mess. Not only had he failed to plumb the body sprays correctly with a pressure loop. He also did not properly brace the plumbing. Horrible job and a deceptive person. I'd stay away from this person for plumbing work.
