They charged my wife 300 dollars to repair an outdoor faucet line ( solder T ) while I was working. Left the old faucet that was broke on the repaired line. There was another leak on the main line so they asked me to dig it out to save money. I turned off the water and dug out a three foot line and called them next day. They said they would put me on the schedule. I called the next day and asked if they were coming out but they said they could not come back for a couple of days. The water was still off. Had not told me or my wife and my wife had taken off work. Avoid if possible. Overpriced, poor customer service and disorganized.

Gulf Coast plumbing save us a lot of money and did a great job rerouting our drain pipe so we could use our washing machine without water backing up in the utility room. They started the job at 8am and was finished at 10:15am. Great service and very professional!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company started off to be great. They were going to charge us a cheap price to unclog our toilet, sink, and bath tub. We were excited since nothing had been working out for us lately. After working on it for a few hours they got the toilet and kitchen sink unclogged but could not get tub. They did refer a company. Not a problem ,except they ended up charging my wife twice over the price agreed, would not set the toilet back on, and left the bathroom a total mess. I mean mudd all over. My wife asked if they were going to clean it at all or put our toilet back on and they said No and left. What? My wife had to call owner and he said he would come by next morning to clean it up and set toilet back..Awesome we thought; however, he did show to clean up mess but he would not set toilet back even though he was paid to do so. My wife was furious and told them she knew they would be a problem only to have them shout back at her saying SHE was the problem!! Now i don't know about you but you do not treat customers like that and if you want your home tore up and your wife talked down to.. this is the company to call!! Cause they'll charge you for a mess literally!
