These guys were great! Prompt and professional. They diagnosed and fixed my problem in less than 2 hours.

They scheduled an appointment with me then failed to show up and failed to communicate. When I called them they wanted to reschedule me for a week later. Unacceptable.

This company came the same day that I called. I had a leak in my shower that had eluded a couple of other plumbers. This company was able to find the leak quickly. They were very professional. I have no complaints about their ability to find leaks. They are excellent at what they do. Be aware, however, that they do NOT fix leaks! They are listed under """"Plumbers"""" and I think this is rather misleading. They charged me over $300 for about one hour of work but did not do any repairs, so I had to pay another plumber another $300 to come in to caulk the drain. No fun!

Rip off! They came to my house for a non-emergency call. It took 15 minutes to detect a very minor leak. I expected to then discuss repairs and costs with the tech. Instead, he told me that I needed to call a plumber to do the repair and that all he needed from me was my email address. That was a surprise, but it seemed fine. So, I called a plumber and got the leak repaired for a reasonable price ($109). Three days later, I get an invoice from Gulf Coast for $295. I did not agree to this outrageous charge. What a racket! All companies have overhead. I get that. I'm used to auto repair, HVAC, etc. They all charge a reasonable fee for diagnosis, and then you discuss repairs and they give you an estimate. I'm sure that's what many other people, just like me, expect when they call for leak detection. Instead, this company avoids discussion of charges and sends an outrageous invoice days later. I wonder why...

Called them out to identify a leak in an outside water pipe. Water was pouring out of the pavement. I marked the spot for them and they came out and told me there was no leak there and instead flagged a spot on the other side of my lawn in the grass. Plumbers came out to fix and the next morning, water is still pouring out of the same spot from the leak they said wasn't there. Ended up having to replace the entire outside water line because they refused to make things right and we couldn't trust them to flag the leak. Charged $295 for not flagging the leak that even the plumbers could see. Would never use them again.

Busy busy crew but very honest about when they'd be able to fit in my small job, and then very prompt and excellent with communication. After some really bad cold weather, they were understandably busy with big jobs - pools, large buildings etc. I had called late on a Friday, they said that they expected to be busy thru the weekend and past Monday, but if I could give them thru Tues, they'd call Wednesday and probably be able to do it. They called me Wed morning to set an appointment for Thursday AM and charged exactly what they had estimated on the phone. I'd take these guys sticking to their schedule and doing it right over 50 guys who promise everything and then bail out, never show, or change their tune about price when the job's through.

The tech was professional and accomplished the task. The billing on the other hand was shady to me. I also had two other plumbers I was working with (major leak). I thought I paid the tech before he left. Then 8 months later I received a (I was very surprised) bill with 50.00 added interest. I called my credit agencies to check on double billing. No. So I contacted Gulf Coast to pay my bill. On the call they told me I owed 295.00. I had to wait a week to pay (pay day). A week later I called them back to pay. Then after running my card, I received a alert from my bank saying they charged me 344.00. I called back to Gulf Coast and they said they sent me invoices beginning in May and there was nothing they could do. I never received anything from them, and thinking I already settled with tech(my fault). But they never sent anything until December. It was an honest mistake on my part, I pay my bills on time, thinking I already paid the tech, then 8 months later getting a invoice with all this interest, then telling me I owe 295, but running my card for 344.00????? I wont use them again, and I will need to based on all the old copper plumbing in my house. Very disappointed that they think 50.00 is worth more than a customer

Excellent customer service. Even when I did not fall in their service area they took the time to help me out and guide me to find a great resource to fix my pool leak. Highly recommended!

If you have a pool leak, these are the guys to call!! Dave went over and above, not only finding and fixing leaks another company had failed to find, but he found a hairline crack in one of the fittings that was causing the pump to not work properly. He fixed that too, and it now works better than it has for months. He spent hours trouble shooting and would not give up until they identified the problem. Don't waste your time or money on anyone else, call them first and get it fixed right, at a fair price.
