As several unforeseeable issues arose, Brian and his crew handled them all like pros. The plumber was very knowledgeable and pleasant an great attitude. He was very professional, and answered all our questions. He finished his project in a timely manner. He provided quotes on other future projects. He graciously added a small project, after he was done with his appointment. The price was acceptable and I got the additional project done. Overall, We were very happy with the experience and will use them in the future.

My hot water heater was making noises so I called GBP and asked if they worked on hot water heaters. They said they did and it would be a$48 service call plus labor. The young man who came listened to the noise and stared at the water heater for several minutes. I lost confidence in him after about 5 minutes and he finally admitted he had no clue.After looking at YouTube, I discovered there were several courses of action he could have taken. He made some suggestions but said he didn't know if they would do any good. Based on his lack of knowledge we decided to take no action. Before he left I asked him if he could turn the w h temp down and said he would have to go down to his truck to get a screw driver( we are in a high rise) I was surprised he would make a service call without tools. When he came back it took about 3 minutes to adjust the temp and 1 minute to give me a bill for $148 to be paid in cash or pay a service fee for using a credit card.(another service fee and $100 for a 2 minute turn of the screw driver. All in all, I was left with the feeling that I was totally screwed.
