Guillen HVAC and their technicians (and their office people) are beyond terrific... professional, knowledgeable, timely, and honest. I honestly can not recommend anyone more highly.

They installed my Bosch units several years ago, and did a top notch installation then. The units have worked perfectly... quiet both inside and outside, with some very excellent economies. A neat/clean install in a pretty difficult location.

Recently, one fan motor was showing some vibration noise, and IVAN and RICKY came out immediately before I had any serious issue, ordered the part under warranty, had it in 3 days, and immediately installed it perfectly.

IVAN spotted the issue immediately, took a picture with sound for warranty verification, and their office had all my install paperwork and took care of any and all paperwork.

I'm a retired residential GC, I've never had such good subs/service that I could be confident in.

And especially with HVAC , ultimate performance is dependent probably 25% on the equipment and 75% on installation expertise. Guillien knows what they are doing. They are most reputable.

Absolutely an exceptional experience we had from start to finish with this awesome company.
Derrick and Marco worked on our emergency situation on the 4th of July to remove and install a new AC and from start to finish only took about 4 hours for everything.
This company went above and beyond for us. They drove over an hour there and back to go pick up our new AC so they could install it for us on this holiday.
No drywall mess, the new grill fit perfectly covering up the original hole in the ceiling and we are so thankful we chose this company.

My water pressure has been low since I bought my home over a year ago. I am a very independent, single, 72 year old woman. In addition, my water softener needed to be checked, as I was wondering, with its age, if it was working as it should. It is 13 years old. My girlfriend convinced me that I likely needed a new pressure regulator valve.

Guillen guys (2) came out. They checked my water pressure and told me that the water pressure regulator valve needed replacing. Next, with a quick visual, told me that the ""brains"" in my softener were shot and that the softener needed replacing. In addition, they adjusted the softener to ""bypass"" mode and did not change it back when they left. This would have resulted resulted in my home getting no soft water had I not been paying attention.

I did tell them that Cullugan was coming out also. They said that I could expect to pay a lot more, and no one could work on their product except them, blah, blah. Very unprofessional.

My proposed cost: $1,759

Next, Lon Dalton from Culligan came out.
He checked my water pressure and agreed it was very low. He adjusted the water pressure and said the valve was fine.

He proceeded to test my water. We realized that Guillen had not reversed the bypass. After he tested, he told me that my water softener was working fine.

I had some questions about the water seemed too soft at times. He was going to make a call and get back to me. He suggested that maybe proper pressure might make a difference. He suggested that I give it a week or two. He said if I wanted a new one, he would sell me one.
We agreed that my softener is about at its expected life's end, and maybe later, I would need one.

Cost: $0.00.

That is amazing. I cannot help but think that the 2 guys from Guillen were scamming me, because I am an older, single woman, etc. I have experienced such things so many times in the last 30+ years.

Guillen could offer me their services at 1/2 of their offer and I would not use them. I would prefer, even at a little more cost, to go with the honest man. Culligan will get my business in the future. Go ahead and use Guillen if you want to get ripped off!!

John came out when the first technician was unable to troubleshoot and did a excellent job of getting the plumbing problem solved and fixed .We will definitely use them again if needed.

We've since purchasing our condo, have had the need to call on Guillen for services twice: Kohn for plumbing & Kyle for HVAC. I can tell you, from the number of properties I've owned about the US, I have NEVER experienced the professionalism, courtesy and knowledge that is presented by these gentlemen. My selection as I hope it's yours,If you need service, this is company to deal with in Mesquite!

Great experience all around with Guillen. After having AC problem misdiagnosed by another in town company, I called Guillen. Chris came out and diagnosed problems, fixed them and installed a new thermostat. Chris was professional, on time, and friendly. I believe the charges were quite fair and would highly recommend Guillen. Thanks Chris for getting us cooled again!

AC went out with 108 degree temps. Guillen worked with our Home Warranty Company (who are a pain in the butt) to get us covered and authorized for parts and service. Fast, Persistent and Professional. Thanks to the front office (Cale - owner's daughter) for dogging the warranty company to completion. Thanks to Bryan the service tech for getting us up and running (cooling).
