This is our new go-to plumber! We are new to our area and made a few calls and Joon's Plumbing was responsive and timely in coming out and checking out the leak in our yard. His honesty saved us a few hundred dollars of work based on our particular issue. He also did a clean job of running water to our dishwasher and refrigerator from scratch and made sure we were satisfied with his work. We will definitely be keeping his contact handy for any other plumbing needs.

Our outdoor faucet had a small leak that kept growing. It could no longer be ignored.
I sent out a quote request and Roy got right back to me. Offered a free estimate but also gave me a range for my specific issue. For scheduling, a same day appointment was appreciated. I was worried the whole top would pop off and I'd be with no water.
Roy was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed our issue right away at a reasonable price.
