Greg and his team member that I apologize for forgetting his name were awesome and very fair. I would recommend them for any plumbing issue in my house. You get what you pay for, so if you want top notch service and someone who is experienced I would call Greg for his services. Below I will explain my situation along with attaching pictures of the work they did under my house.

I had a rat infestation in my attic that was going on for months. I wasn't getting anywhere. Luckily my 3rd exterminator knew that these were sewer rats and not attic rats. He recommended that I get a plumber to go under my house to look for open pipes and survey the work my last plumber did after a remodel. After about 10 minutes of crawling around in tight quarters he found an open pipe that had only tape on the end instead of a cap. I have no idea how long these rats were coming in through the pipes and going up my walls to nest in my attic.

Thankfully they cleaned the area and pipe and capped with with glue to ensure no more rats are coming in from the sewers onto my property. I was told that sewer rats are very hard to get rid of and if they didn't find that open pipe I would have never gotten rid of the rats and spent thousands of dollars after already spending thousands of dollars on other pest companies.

Before leaving Greg asked if I had any questions or other plumbing issues. I actually have been meaning to find a company to service and flush out my 2 tankless water heaters on my property. He said let me get my team to take care of that today for you so we don't have to make another trip and to save everyone time. My wife was so happy to hear the news that they found the problem for the open pipe and the icing on the cake was I got the tankless water heaters services like she's been asking for all on the same visit. Greg was very reasonable for the service of the water heaters.

I will only call Guerrero's plumbing for any future pluming needs. They are fair, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Thank you guys!

Over a week ago, I faced a nightmare scenario as a homeowner. What I now know as a slab foundation leak. After two plumbing services companies and one leak detection specialist, my options were bad and even worse.

The only silver lining in the last two weeks was my luck finding Guerreros Plumbing and meeting Greg Guerrero. I preferred the options and pricing Greg presented. Also, another thing that was important to me, was that Greg just seemed the most confident in doing this job, which was a whole house repiping. Doing this would have been unthinkable just a few weeks ago. Needless to say, now that the repiping is complete, I am thrilled to say that Greg and his team are better than I had hoped for. After watching his team for 5 full days, I have confidence I don't have to worry about plumbing for another 20 years, I hope. Btw, my house was only 24 years old.

I want to thank his entire team of four who came to my house, but especially Gilbert and Jack. Gilbert was the first to show up in the morning and generally the last to leave. I never saw him taking a break or taking a personal phone call during the 5 days he was at my house. Great attitude, personable, polite, and just constantly working. Jack, I believe was a newer guy, the guy who dug up the trench and filled it back, while saving my grass so that it sort of looks like before. What I noticed again was a great attitude and friendliness I was not expecting. Let me conclude by saying, that all of this starts with Greg. When you see Greg sweeping the floors to clean up each night or picking up the drywall and trash, the things I noticed with his team start to make sense. Just to be clear, all plumbing questions went to Greg. He was the final authority and decision-maker for all things plumbing-related, but just saying he was so much more than that.

I am so happy with the results, I am just grateful to Guerreros Plumbing.

We had no hot water and no heat late one afternoon despite having hot water and heat that morning. We have a tankless water heater installed one year ago and we first checked that the circuit breaker was not tripped. We contacted Greg who owns and operates Guerreros Plumbing Service. This is the first time we used Guerreros. He was recommended by a family member and had been following the reviews on his company. They were very good. Greg was extremely responsive and after setting up his crew on another scheduled job he made a special trip that day to look at our problem. He methodically analyzed the problem and found the source of the problem. It was an easy fix and we learned something about a ""firefighter"" box attached to our gas furnace that was jolted somehow and tripped an emergency shut-off of the gas. Problem solved and fixed. And Greg showed us how to fix it in the future if someone bumps this box or if there is an earthquake jolt. During his diagnosis of this problem he found that our sewer line was in danger of breaking a seal. So we scheduled a time a few days later for him to fix that impending problem. Greg and his co-worker were very polite and professional. And they cleaned up so well you couldn't tell anyone was there. We have no hesitation recommending Greg and his company Guerreros Plumbing Service for all your plumbing needs. We asked him to put us on his list for annual maintenance of our tankless water heater, something the contractor who installed that failed to tell us. Five big stars for Greg!!!
