Our showers, toilets and bathtubs have flooded 6 times over the past two years. We rented a drain snake the first time. My dad ended up buying one so we borrowed his the next few times. The first time we chalked it up to things happen, but things continued happening. Finally got tired of this issue. Guerra Plumbing came out and ran a camera through our line and confirmed there are no issues on our end however water buildup is seen on the City side. They were on time, professional and courteous. Now to see if we can say the same about The City of Belton.

Owner needs to return phone calls. I've been trying to contact Louis Guerra for months now to correct the plumbing issues with the septic Lift Station they installed. He scheduled a time that he would return to resolve this but never showed up or returned my phone calls. I've already paid him in full. Not very professional when he's the owner of the company! Anyone thinking of using his services....go somewhere else!

I have used Guerra Plumbing for two different jobs. I had them remodel my upstairs guest bathroom and change the kitchen faucet. Louis was on time and very professional. Instead of doing only the basic change out of the tub and cabinet, he demolished everything as per my request and created a beautiful walk-in shower. He pointed out plumbing that needed replaced and gave me ideas on how to save on tile. He was quick and friendly. Louis was able to do all the electrical as well. I would highly recommend his services.

He also has done a ton of work on my mother's ranch and other businesses in Belton and Temple. Jake's Chinese buffet and Shoepfs Barbque to name a few.
