Had a clog in the main line from kitchen faucet through the house. Called at 9:30 AM, Jimmy was there by 11:30 and 2 hours later the problem was fixed. Older house with long history of abusing the garbage disposal, our guy Jimmy got it all fixed up. Great service and this is the 2nd time we've used Guerrra Bros. Highly recommend.

Here's my experience with Guerra Bros Plumbing. My water heater was leaking, and I called Guerra Bros Plumbing. They were courteous over by phone and immediately agreed to attend. All good. A person named Vince called me to ask if I could buy the water heater or if he could pick it up from Cal Steam. I requested him to pick it up and didn't ask about the price. Vince from Guerra Bros mentioned he would provide the actual purchase receipt and never mentioned any markup. I am still determining what happened later, Vince installed a water heater, and two days later, I got an invoice from the Guerra brothers for close to $2000. I got a sticker shock and kept calling Guerra's brother as they had never provided me the purchase receipt for the Water Heater. They charged me $165 per hour for 4 hours (4 X 165 = $600) in labor, a $30 fuel charge, and $1248.80 for the water heater totaling a whopping $1950.00.

Rod was rude over by phone and did say after I called that it is customary to markup on top of $750, which is the actual cost of a brand-new water heater. To make the matter worst, I did call Cal Steam and checked. Vince didn't even purchase a water heater. I am apprehensive about what they have installed. After arguing on the phone for 10 minutes, Rod reduced the bill by $178. Still, I paid $1760.40 for a water heater replacement, which should have taken only around $1200 even if I considered a brand new water heater plus labor (their costly hourly rate of $165/hour). I got ripped an additional $500. I will never call this company again and Home Owners, please be aware. I feel ripped, and on top, they lied to me. I can prove it. While I appreciate their timely service but I feel my water heater may not be brand new as they couldn't provide proof of material purchase.

Awesome Service!

I recently called another Plumbing Company who came out late with excuses. I needed a part for my shower, I was quoted $350 for labor & $150+ for parts. Then said they would call me when they found the part.

Guerra Bros came out with in 30mins, checked out my issue & fixed it under
an hour l. It only cost Me $237.00

Now I have Hot Water Again

Hands down the best. Rod and his crew responded right away when my family needed him. We had two leaks and each time they dropped everything and came to fix the problem. It meant the world to us. Will call them again next time and highly recommended.

Gurerra Bros.Plumbing recently did some repairs on our commercial building. They did an excellent job with quick service and fair pricing, repairing our water heater and our back flow valve along with our annual back flow valve checking requirements with the county. Very knowledgeable and helpful advising on maintenance on both items. We have used their services for three years and always been satisfied.

I can't say enough good things about Rod, Jimmy, and Michelle. They bid for a job courteously, professionally, and carefully and when even though I went with someone lose due to scheduling they came in and advised as I tried to fix a dicey situation the other guys didn't do as well on. Incredibly professional and courteous. They propose the right and most effective solution; not just the easiest. Definitely my first call with respect to plumbing work. They did both my PRVs and advised me on potential problems and I plan to use them for my drains too.

I own a small business in concord on Galaxy Way. I had a backed up main line that needed snaking.

I had called just about every local plumber and all were booked solid until Friday, but Guerra was available the next day (Wednesday), which was ok since we were able to use our neighbors restroom until then.

The technician (last name - Williams) showed up 15 min before the appt. and proved to be a stand up guy all around. He pulled the toilet but the problem was on the main line, which required him to pull out the big snake machine, the clog was about 50 feet down the line.

The toilet that was in our office was a double flusher, so the day before I went to home depot and bought a new toilet (double flushing is such a waste). The technician cleared out the main line and installed our new toilet within one hour and we were only charged their standard hourly rate ($120).

I highly recommend this company - especially that particular technician.

Contacted these guys for a legitimate sewer line repair I needed done and they were disinterested to the point of being rude. I wouldn't recommend these guys.
