Guardian Wastewater Services has a deep-rooted history starting in the mid-1990s. SCS Systems LLC was created in 2001 by Larry and Michael Stephens, dedicated to septic system maintenance and management.

In August 2020, SCS Systems LLC joined forces with Michigan Waste and Environmental Services Inc., signifying an important step in our growth. In 2023, we underwent a major transformation, changing our name from SCS Systems LLC to Guardian Wastewater Services, which embodies our dedication to environmental care and reliable wastewater management.
