I must have flushed a thousand wipes down the toilet and clogged up the main line at the house. It ended up causing a big mess.

Since I moved to Lakewood area, I was looking for a good trustful plumber for a while and I feel like I finally found one. I had so many plumbing issues after I bought my house. I asked for quotes from some plumbers I found on Yelp. Tony quickly responded to me, listened to the problems and gave me a rough quote which was reasonable price compare to the quotes other plumber gave me. So of course, I chose him for the service. Well, he did not disappoint me. His service was very professional and did excellent work. He does not try to make more money like other plumbers do either, rather he tried to save me money. I continued to ask him to fix more problems and every time he exceeded my expectation. For example, one of the parts he replaced (brand new water faucet), turned out to be a defective part from the manufacturer. I let Tony know the part had broken and he ordered a new part and replaced with a new part at no cost. He is down to earth and easy to communicate too. I can assure you that you can trust Tony and you will not be disappointed. If you need a high quality sincere plumber, go with Tony.

Tony was very nice on the phone, the owner, and said he could have someone the next day for my plugged up kitchen sink. He gave a one hour window and James was here on time. Tony gave me an estimate over the phone and after James was unable to unplug by the sink through the drain, he needed to go on the roof. He told me it was an extra charge. Needless to say, he charged me exactly the cost Tony quoted plus $55 more for going on the roof. I thought it was reasonable and didn't feel I was being ripped off. Thank you !
