Talk about a plumber you can trust. You always hear horror stories about contractors that do the old bait and switch when they arrive. Not with Josh and Guardian Plumbing. I have never met a plumber who was as nice, honest and helpful as Josh was.

From the moment you meet him, you get a good vibe that is hard to explain and even harder to come by in a plumber. I originally had a clogged toilet and they gave me a rough quote over the phone. I know this was a preliminary estimate and was prepared to pay more.

When Josh got here, he discovered that it was not just a toilet problem, but rather roots that got into the plumbing system. He spent quite a bit of time snaking it out and I got nervous because I knew the bill would rack up.

When it came time to pay, it was the EXACT same price that was quoted over the phone. No bait and switch, nothing shady at all. It is hard to find plumbers like this in today's society, but I am glad i did. Trust Josh and Guardian Plumbing to do a great job with great service. What a way to run a business. Called Guardian this morning to see if someone could come out today to repair a toilet that was running. Tony and Robert just left after repairing two toilets. They are wonderful to work with. So pleasant to have in my home and their work is always reasonable and complete.

Looking at the yelp reviews for Guardian Plumbing, I was concerned that they were not ""real"" because 99.9% of them gave 5 stars! But, we said, what the heck, the price was much better than other quotes and my husband liked the customer service when he called. Joshua did an excellent job on a difficult shower valve change-out and Rob did a great job on the kitchen faucet change-out. Tony even stopped by to check on everything. They were on-time, polite, clean, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Great plumbing company, and we are recommending them to everyone we know in the area.

This is an update...had Joshua out again to fix another plumbing issue. He did a fantastic job, was very helpful, professional, and friendly. Still impressed with Guardian Plumbing!

This review is long overdue as I have used Guardian Plumbing for 3 jobs in less than 1 year. First time was for a water softener installation in the garage in 2013. In the past 2 months, I have called Guardian Plumbing out twice for leaks related to a bathroom remodel that was in progress. For all 3 jobs, Tony and his co-worker (sorry I don't remember his name) always communicated when they would be here, showed up as scheduled, performed the work professionally and cleaned up afterwards. Prices were fair and I appreciated the quick service when we had water leaking in the crawl space and then somewhere in the slab.

My shower drain was not draining, one toilet was slow, and water from my kitchen sink backed up into the sink in my kitchen island. Josh from Guardian Plumbing was professional and friendly. He got up on the roof and used an auger to clear an obstruction in the sewer drain just in front of my house. He then ran his blade all of the way to the property edge, making sure the entire pipe was cleared. Guardian provided the fastest, most efficient service of any plumbers I have ever worked with. I endorse them enthusiastically. And they accepted my AmEx credit card, which was convenient for me.

A well deserved 5 star rating. Came home from working all night to both bathrooms backed up. Needless to say, I panicked, attempted to self cure (epic fail), and then fell back on yelp. Saw the 5 start rating and read a few comments which had me sold. Josh arrived about 35-40 minutes later and had everything working properly in about 15 minutes. Not only did I receive great service but Josh was very personable, very customer oriented and just a nice person in general. Guardian, you have an excellent employee in Josh. Thanks again.

Tony is the best plumber in town. Neat clean & professional. Always shows up, calls if he's running late & does a beautiful job with finish & rough plumbing. He did both my bathrooms, I'll never call any one else!
