Tony was very nice on the phone, the owner, and said he could have someone the next day for my plugged up kitchen sink. He gave a one hour window and James was here on time. Tony gave me an estimate over the phone and after James was unable to unplug by the sink through the drain, he needed to go on the roof. He told me it was an extra charge. Needless to say, he charged me exactly the cost Tony quoted plus $55 more for going on the roof. I thought it was reasonable and didn't feel I was being ripped off. Thank you !

Guardian Plumbing did a great job fixing our leaky shower valve. Lately we've dealt with a couple different lousy plumbers. One was hours late for his appointment and we had to call him several times before he answered his phone. Another spent the entire time badmouthing the plumbers who installed the shower, then incorrectly diagnosed the problem and only wanted to snake the drain (completely unrelated to the leak). Fortunately, YELP came to the rescue in the form of Tony from Guardian plumbing! He came exactly when he said he would (within 24 hours of our initial phone call), correctly diagnosed the problem, fixed it within an hour, and was super friendly and courteous. He was upfront about pricing and didn't change the price after the work was done. He had the parts on hand and even let me watch without seeming to mind at all (I know it's irritating to work under a client's immediate supervision, having done similar work myself...so I specifically asked if it was ok and told him I'm just curious about how the repair was done and not there to nitpick his work).

Guardian will get the first call for all our future plumbing issues.

This company ROCKS! If you have any plumbing problems issues this company is the go to place. I needed a soft water unit installed and also other plumbing work done. Guardian plumbing showed up on time and completed all the work in less than three hours.
