Terrible! I had used them 3 times before and was very satisfied for minor toilet repairs and so I called them for a shower mixer valve that wasn't getting hot. The estimate when he arrived was approximately $600. which I thought was pretty high but I gave him the ok. Then he showed me that the diverter was not working and said we needed to replace that too. Now the estimate was over $1200. and in the process he twisted the copper pipe inside the wall. He said it was soft copper and shouldn't have been used but I subsequently found out that wasn't true, but now he was saying he was going to have to cut out a section of the shower wall and then put in a plate afterward- estimate now over $3000! I said no to all of that. I had a friend come look at it this weekend who knows what he's doing. He repaired it for less than $70. for parts and didn't need to cut the wall. After seeing what a simple repair it was and how untruthful he was I am shocked and angered. Never again!

We hired Guardian Plumbers to do some routine maintenance on our house. Unlike all the other guys we called who gave us a sight unseen quote, Melissa offered a team to come in with their camera first and see what we needed before telling us how much it was going to cost us. After all, they explained, why should you pay for services you don't need? They did the inspection, allowing me to stand by their side and watch the video screen as the camera went down various pipes. It was only then that day gave me a quote based on what we had both seen, which by the way, was lower than the other guys. They even had time that day for John and JC to come in and execute the job. The fact that they were honest, fair, and MOST of all, human made all the difference in our decision to hire Guardian Plumbing.

My partner and I had a plumbing issue from New Year's weekend. I called earlier today and spoke with Moses who was great in assisting me, explaining the process and scheduling a same-day appointment. Enter our technician Ethan Long. Ethan was incredibly helpful and professional explaining to my partner and I what the issue was with our kitchen sink. He answered all of our questions, and even physically showed us where and what was causing our plumbing problem. He helped clear our sink and we can't thank him enough for his kindness and professionalism. This was customer service at its finest.

Looking back, Guardian Plumbers has been a longtime business my boyfriend's father would call throughout the years, whenever he had plumbing issues, and we're happy to continue this tradition.

Great customer service. Tach came out and gave us a quote. Reasonable price but ended up going with a different company based on lower cost.

Ethan came out to my rental on a Saturday, showed up at a decent time and gave us pricing and answered all of our questions! He went out of his way to put booties on to not mess up my floors, and poor guy had to carry a very heavy machine up a flight of stairs! He was great and fixed the problem and even educated me! I will use them again in the future! My landlords will use them again as well! Thank you Ethan!

These guys are way more expensive than everyone else we quoted with and insisted we needed more work done than anyone else said. Nice people, but make sure you get another quote if you quote with them.

I called Guardian Plumbers and they immediately sent out a service man. The guys name was Gorge , and he did an amazing job, he showed up on time and gave me a few different options, the burner in my water heater went bad , so we decided on replacing it. He called his suppliers and found the best price . He came the following week with the new part and was very quick with replacing the part and very nice . I would definitely recommend using Gorge with Guardian Plumbers to all my friends . And he quoted me a price and I paid that same price at the end of the service, some companies try to tell you different and say that the quote was not the full price. Overall I give the this 5 stars
