I called Shane early in the morning and he was able to come out the same day. He was extremely clean, super thorough, and explained everything as he went. It's one thing to be a homeowner and have people come into your home to do service, it's another thing entirely when they explain why they are doing them and help you prevent it in the future. If all you are looking for is value, I can assure you that won't be sad to have Shane come out. Super affordable and professional, you won't go wrong here.

Our sewer drain was clogged and it backed up into the basement. Shane came in and explained how he was going to diagnose where the clog was, then explained how he was going to clear it. As he was clearing the clog, he explained how we can prevent the tree roots from coming back after we took the tree down. He ran the pipe in forward and reverse to make sure he cleaned out all the roots.

Within 45 minutes he had the whole service done and explained the entire process as he went. You cannot ask for a better person to come in and help you when you're not sure how bad the problem is.

Absolutely perfect service. Came out and fixed the problem quickly for $180 after another company tried to get us to pay a total of $6000+ for unnecessary work on what proved to be an utterly routine routing job. (There are laws against that, btw. Ever happens to you, *call the police*.) Could not be more pleased with Guaranteed Sewer Service and will never use any other company again. We had no idea what to do after 5 days of basement flooding. Guaranteed Sewer Service was recommended to us and they knew exactly what was going on! He even described how to fix the problem over the phone. Unfortunately, I was unable to open the palmer valve in in the floor drain because of massive corrosion. He was able to fix it in a matter of minutes. His charge for the service call was very reasonable. Guaranteed should be your first call!

This guy is great! I have been using his services for many years on my property built in 1947. He is efficient, reasonable & extremely knowledgeable. He also has a nice personality. He even took the time to draw a picture of how my sewer pipes were laid out when I still had a septic tank. I would never call anyone else.

Unbelievable! Had to have a major plumber come out 3 time in a year for main sewer pipe backing up, was told it needed to be replaced because of offsets and roots. Guaranteed Sewer came out and effortlessly cleaned the main pipe for less money, and promised I wouldn't have trouble for 1 year, and probably two. EXTREMELY knowledgable! If you have major sewer problems you'd be nuts not to call them! Having someone show up and charge you 160 dollars instead of 10,000 is what I call a positive experience!

Their alternate name is Franks Sewer. He took the extra time to do the job right. Redid the input pipe and only really charged me for the parts. Snaked all the way out to the street the full width of the pipe for $180. Very reasonable and educated me as to the ins and outs( no pun intended) of rooting out your sewer pipe. You can still find good service for a reasonable price. Thx so much sir!

I feel at this point I am almost a connoisseur of sewer cleaning services.

Guaranteed Sewer Service is the third place I have had out this year (no, I don't have a single tree on my property and before this batch I didn't need a sewer service for a decade), and I guess third times the charm.

Service number 1, spent two hours working on the problem before getting flow re-established. They guaranteed their work for 3 months. They said the next time I would need to get it televised. It lasted 4 months.

Service number 2 came out this morning. They televised it and said there was a break under the street.

City came out this afternoon, said there was water in the pipe so they couldn't verify the break. My look of exasperation and some prodding caused one of them to drop the name Guaranteed.

I called at 2:30pm. I was told that they would arrive between 5 and 7pm that night. I didn't even ask how much at this point (5 people in the household without showers and a stopped drain DEMAND action). He arrived before 6pm, he was gone before 7pm, and my problems went with him.

Before he finished up, I was picturing backhoes in my front yard, I was picturing bills in the thousands of dollars. When he handed me the slip, it was less than either other company I had out (they both came during business hours and Guaranteed was at night).

I can not recommend Guaranteed more highly.
