We had a sewer blockage that was backing up into the bathroom shower. Called Guaranteed Rooter Service and they provided excellent response and kept me updated on their ETA. Nate their technician was friendly, polite, and super informative. He explained the issue, showed me everything that was happening and quickly got to work to unclog the main drain. As I'm part of an association, he took pictures and provided a great write up as well.

I recommend these guys for your rooter plumbing service. We had an overflow in the basement that turned out to be a clog near a slight belly in the pipe. It was refreshing to have a technician offer their expert advice that doesn't include more services or products. Rich told me sometimes these things happen and might never happen again. Also he gave me a timeframe to watch out for repeat problems saying THEN, we might need to do some excavating. The gentlemen were professional, kind and efficient and tolerant of excitable dogs. I mean, they had our problem solved within the hour after arriving and the problem had occurred the night before. Thank you Rich and your partner whose name I can't remember because I'm the worst.

Our septic line was backing up. I called on Saturday to set up something for Monday. (I'm too cheap to pay overtime rates!) They told they could itMonday but that the schedule was busy. They checked in 3 times to to tell they were coming. I was the last stop of the day. The owner showed up exhausted from a busy day and treated me like I was the first stop of the day. I've never see such competence and professionalism like this. He was unbelievable. Explained everything and got the job. Would highly recommend them!

There is absolutely no other business I would call now for sewer or any drain issues. Another company told me the day before that we needed $6500-$16000 worth of repairs. The first gentleman I spoke with (I think Richard?) Put me a ease and sent Nate over who was there in 15 minutes, he completely explained to me the design of the sewer and how the previous company missed the issue. 1/2 hour later and our problem is solved (proved to me by watching the pipe operate normally for a while via the pipe camera). My wife was leaving on a weekend trip and Nate and I were able to her to go relax and enjoy herself worry free. What a great Mother's Day gift they gave her.

We have had these folks twice over four years. Both times the main lines going to our septic system needing cleaning. In both cases they resolved the problem of the clogged lines by removing one of the toilets and using a power snake. Today (3/26/19) the service technician (David) did a wonderful job. The first tech (Nathan) was also very good. I forgot to post a recommendation for their first visit but didn't want to miss this opportunity. Highly recommend. Great job.

Top-notch service. Recommended as ace specialists by my regular pIumber, I phoned an SOS to Guaranteed Rooter. They returned my call within 30 minutes. Dave arrived about three hours later and quickly diagnosed the problem: an obstruction in the commode drain line that backed up into the shower. He disconnected the sink and rooted out the old galvanized steel drain pipe. 50 years worth of hair and rust. Yuck! Dave took extra precautions to keep the bathroom clean and completed the job in less than an hour. You do not get this kind of professional, friendly service in the big city. The work is guaranteed for 90 days.

I have used this company twice in the last year. Last year Dave came out to fix our backed up drain, and this year Nathan came out.
