Our neighbor had a toilet leak, Guaranteed Plumbing cracked their toilet in the process of """"FIXING"""" it. Then harrassed them to pay the bill. My neighbor had to threaten legal action to stop the madness. Unfortunately, I did not find out about this until after our dealings with Guaranteed Plumbing who destroyed my 100+-year-old Magnolia Tree with a piece of heavy machinery while digging too closely to the tree instead of taking the time to circumvent the route of their work a safe distance from the tree. When I called for their help with the issue, I was told I could speak with their lawyer. 0/10

I'd leave zero stars if I could. Forget about reliability, courtesy or even skill with these plumbers. There is NOTHING GUARANTEED about them. They came to fix a leaky pipe under my sink, and they don't charge you right away, apparently, because there work is supposedly guaranteed, hence their name. What a joke. I also needed two new faucets replaced, which they told me they would install when they came back to repair the ignition/starter on my hot water heater. Fast forward three plus weeks, and Millie strung me along, promising me days she would show up, never did, never had the courtesy to even call. If they weren't coming to fix the shoddy work they completed in the first place (because it LEAKED), I wouldn't even have waited a single week. Save yourself the aggravation and headache of dealing with THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE AND DISAPPOINTING PLUMBING COMPANY AROUND. I can't more highly NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They should be ashamed of themselves. And Millie needs to get a new job, I don't care if she's the plumber's mother. Pathetic. Beyond Pathetic.

We had company arrive at 4:00 and our on demand water system broke at 8:00. We had not dealt with this company before but they came a few hours after we called the next morning. Ordered a new system overnight and installed it by mid day the next. They also took time to explain the problem, the different sizes of volume and went over the new system and future maintenance. Couldn't ask for anything more.
