Great service, good work. I always call Guranteed Plumbing when I have a problem. I've never been disappointed.

I hate to have to give this outfit even one (1) star; but, that the very lowest rating allowed, reality is this company should be shown as a minus ten (-10
stars). The alleged plumber (I've been unable to verify status) and his shady
""helper"" did arrive on time. However, as soon as they arrived I now realize
that they misrepresented what would be proper solution to my simple issue,
i.e. a leaking faucet; and, the work was not performed properly . Only after they departed my house did I learn that I had been charged an extremely unconscionable sum for replacing faucets that did not actually need such
and the replacement, to be generous, was sloppy. I've never ever done a
review for anything before but it is my hope that I can help someone else keep from being a victim, which is also my motive for also filing a lawsuit.
P.S. This terrible work was done in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Note since these guys
left my house they have totally ignored all telephone calls and texts, but
did get to the bank promptly with my check (for an amount many times
any reasonable charge by a reputable plumbing company).

They came on time did the work explained what he was doing and problems I may have later and the prices where reasonable compared to the other plumbing companies. The tech was friendly and I would use them again. And would recommend to others.

They have come out to my house now a couple of times. I have an old house and have had small issues and major issues. Mike always fully explains everything to me. I know I don't always understand but its nice that he takes the time to educate his clients. I feel like his pricing is very fair. He's a family man. My pipes froze and busted this past winter, and he knew my husband was gone and I had a newborn at home. He was at my house so fast! I HIGHLY recommend this company for any plumbing needs! They will also be helping us with a bathroom remodel.
