For a service call to be over $100, I would have thought that the service and communication would have been much better. The tech was over an hour late, didn't call or text, and when he finally showed up, he made jokes instead of apologizing and couldn't wait to get done. After he supposedly unclogged the drain, I paid and he left. We ran a load of laundry thinking everything would be fine but it was still clogged. Called the next day to report that the job was not finished and Tina said she would talk to the tech for next steps and call me back... nothing. I feel like I got scammed and DO NOT recommend this company.

Super quick and very efficient, Kepa and his crew made sure to give the service that a lot of other companies lack here in Las Vegas. I called in the afternoon after finding a leaky pipe and they were able to send someone out within a couple hours to come and take a look and let me know what was needed. They booked my appointment between 8AM-10AM, and showed up at 8AM on the dot. They fixed the leaky pipe in about 45 min showed me the cause and the fix and were on their way! 10out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! By far the best plumbing company with outstanding service! I am so pleased with my new water softener. They were right on time and made sure everything got set up correctly. They even went over care and maintenance instructions with me. And not to mention you can't beat their prices!!!
Ray is hands down the most honest and professional plumber I have ever met. After I had the most awful experience with another plumber, I got in touch with the owner of Guaranteed Plumbing Ray and he did everything he possible could to make sure I was taken care of.

I just had a new washer and dryer installed into a very tight laundry closet. My condo was built in 1995 and I assume washer/dryers were a little smaller back then. I was informed by the installer that the washer faucets needed to be replaced before they started leaking and the dryer wouldn't fit into the closet due to the gas pipe. They recommended that I contact a plumber. That's when I called a Yelp 5 star company named ""Guaranteed Plumbing.""

They arrived on-time, assessed the situation and fixed a difficult problem. There were definitely serious issues that they had to figure out and solve, but solve it they did! Our water heater blew out and had leaked in our garage yesterday. Guaranteed Plumbing was recommended through facebook friends so I got in contact with Kepa last night and he was more than happy to come by this morning to take a look at our emergency situation.
Our heater was more than 10 years old and the valves running from our wall was old and corroded. He went through everything and recommended changing out certain things since we were replacing a heater and gave us a reasonable quote. Since he said he would be able to do the repair we had him go for it. Got the job done in a timely manner, efficient and friendly while working and cleaned up as they worked. I am more than happy to recommend Kepa and Guaranteed Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services. Appreciated the wonderful service.
