They hired us to do a job for them and then refused to pay us. They have done this in the past and I allowed them a payment plan. This time around, they just quit contacting us all together. They owe us over $11,000.00 and I know for a fact that they were paid by the GC on the project. Shame on me for not filing a lien. Lesson learned.

Wow! This is a great company, with immediate telephone response! Had several issues with water supply. Called a few minutes after 5 pm. They answered. After a full discussion of the issues, and the immediate needs to restore service, the firm promised to arrived FIRST THING IN SATURDAY MORNING. Presto! Two most excellent and knowledgeable top notch plumbers arrived, and very quickly, and with absolute ease, restored service and installed the correct and excellent new valves. Hear me, please. This is the second time we have used this Firm. If you have a house, apartments, a Shop, whatever, call these guys first. You will be dealing with people with class, capability and rapid response. In my experience, they will not let you down. They are the real deal......your properties are valuable. These guys will keep you happy. you will not go wrong. W! Northeast Philly!!!

Called guarantee and spoke to Debbie, very friendly and accommodating, we received a quote within a few hours and then had Jim and little Jimmy came
out within 2 days to fix our plumbing issues. They were knowledgeable, friendly and fixed everything to perfection, also left the areas as clean as they found it, needless to say we are impressed and will definitely use their services again. Thank you

Do not use this company unless you have money to burn. They will tell you you need way more things done that do not need to be done. They are the biggest con artists that I have ever had in my house. By the time they left our house our estimate was $2,400. They said it was an all day job and we would still have to have a tile person come and re tile our shower. Roto-Rooter came and fixed the problem and everything was done in an hour and cost only $450.00. No tile man needed. They also tried to convince us all our plumbing was iron pipes and we should have the come back and replace all our plumbing as we should not be drinking any water in our house. We had it confirmed and our pipes are all copper. Guaranteed Plumbing is a scam and should be avoided at all costs. I would give them zero stars but that is not an option.

Master plumber stopped by to look at a job that I had to possibly relocate the sewer drain and piping in the basement. He totally freaked out and said he never heard if such a thing and wouldn't do the job. Mind you, Roto Rotar said they could do this job and guarantee it. On top of that....Guarantee Plumbing charged $95 for their visit- and didn't even provide an estimate.

Harold wanted to charge me $3400 to replace a stack pipe. I found another company that did it for $1650. Less than half the price Harold quoted me. Don't use this company, they price gouge and overcharge. Harold also tried to pressure me into giving him money right then and there. I felt so uncomfortable. Make sure to shop around. The other company I used has good reviews and also on our neighborhood FB page.

Very poor! Would not recommend to no homeowner the guy in the reviews is right.....they come for big money! First off it was $125.00 to come out and troubleshoot the problem SCAM! Then they send this young kid out with this bucket of tools for him to tell you ""oh you need a new heater it's not worth fixing!"" So my response is how much is a new heater? $6500 dollars, he replied. Oh we have financing he states! My response is NO! just fix the problem with the heater......this guy disconnected the heater altogether thinking I'm going to call them to hook it back up! Which I'm not! My recommendation is to go somewhere else altogether because no one told him to disconnect the heater, it was fine just turned off. Customer Service was excellent! It was a older gentleman that called me right away at 7:30 last night and they came out early the next day. All the phone calls where excellent. But it's a no for me!

I have used Guaranteed Plumbing throughout the years and most recently for a water heater replacement. Jim, Gary and Harold were knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to interact with. Thank u for another job well done. I highly recommend this company.
