Called to get a quote on replacing a pressure release valve for the house and fixing a leaky toilet. While the service person was nice, the quoted price(s) of $1600+ for both was much higher than I expected. Decided to pay the $100 appt fee (which would have been applied to the job if done) and get another quote.

Called another firm who offered to come out for free. The new firm discussed multiple options for the work and quoted (without knowing the original estimate) the job for about $1000 less than the Guaranteed Plumbing price. Suffice it to say, I went with the other plumber and saved about $1000 even after losing the $100 appt fee.

I was so impressed with the service that Guaranteed Plumbing provided. Brett appeared on time and was friendly and professional throughout his visit. I especially appreciated the way he explained what he was doing each step of the process (we had several different issues to be fixed) and provided us with options for repair along with a breakdown of the costs. We will certainly use them again.
